Personally I’d disagree - basically all of these are just of Dandy and Astro interacting as old friends, with no visible romantic tension between the two. Sure, they’re close buds, but I don’t really see how they’d be a couple - not to mention that Astro doesn’t entirely seem to be in the best friendship with Dandy right now, with the failed ichor operation and all. For example, compare them to fruitcake - fruitcake is seemingly much more possible to be canon than moonflower, as shown by many lore / game hints.
