    I know they are all the same, all non-duality but this one transmits the freedom vibration mentioned towards the end so peacefully and seetly. Thank you so much for all your videos sharing. These non duality ones are peaceful medicine to me. ❤

    Vitamin D3 (50000 iu at irregular intervals, like about once a week, one can check out certain doctors who recommend these higher doses), Magnesium, zinc, copper, vitamin c and k2 (D3 definitely needs to be taken with vit K2) should keep colds away (there needs to be a balance between nutrients, with other nutrients too of course). Might take time to get the D vitamin levels up though, if they've dropped low.
    Edit: and activated vitamin D should work better than the normal D3 that the body has to convert. If one can find it. This is part of what has worked for me health wise. My health was shit for a long time. Mediterranean diet has worked as well. I know the pointer of "being too involved can keep an illness up" but with this thing that has not been my experience. Well, I don't think about it most of the time though.
    Anyway, adios! Hope it wasn't too irritating an info splat on these things.

      Taking D3 and K2 only strenghtens the identification with the body 💋

      @@19Marc79 One can take them but one should meditate beforehand to forget the self... Oh wait. Fuck... One's spouse should give the supplements while one is sleeping. The difficulty would be swallowing without waking up. So that wouldn't work. Maybe one should just evolve to a lizard that absorbs all these things through its skin. Oh wait. We already do! The human body absorbs vitamin D from the sun already.
      Unfortunately that's not enough so there needs to be risking "identifying with the body" and take the damn shit! Or not. Whatever.
      edit: Dumb yapping aside. Anyone taking note of the recommendation, or of similar ones, should verify the information on multiple different uncorrupted sources. There's also false- and misleading information "out there" of course. And "my" first message might be one of those as well. So check the information out to make sure.

      What are you, the witch doctor of germ theory? Colds happen because of the intense identification with conflicts of mind, as a body. Symptoms happen because of cell tissue repair when identification with mind/body wears off ie healing phase.
