    Projects near Exit 2 have better connectivity rather than the internal projects. Anvita Ivana & Levonor Egeira are the better bets in this location. Levonor Egeira has even better connectivity because of the proximity to Radial Road 7, which has direct route from Lingampalli to Shankarpalli, and because of this the connectivity to upcoming RRR (not sure how long it gonna take) is also good. From Exit 2 till the levonor Egeira the service road is still pending a little bit. Once it is done, it'll be easy reach to it.

    Bro development is slow in everywhere ( in hyderabad)
    If you see good points service roads extension are completed already
    Only connecting roads are missing those will come once community forms
    Once all developments completes we will not expect 5500 price

      Except one internal road, all major roads to kollur are completed and we can easily commute to the workplace.

    Price in Kollur is falling slowly .. be cautious and don’t go for FOMO .. will see prices below 5k / sft soon

      @@VaibhavThatipalli please visit their offices in Kollur and say you are interested and then see where they start and how they drop prices ..e.g Hallmark natures nest they will say OTP 9k sft and within an hour of friendly discussion they will come to 8k . All I am saying is be cautious and don’t loose hard earned money. Same with Radhey Skye main they start at 5999 and will reach 5200 ..

      @@venkatparsad it's a syndicate andi, they won't decrease the price. You need to do hard negotiations. And don't tempt for landlord share flats at cheap prices and all unless you know all the steps to take while doing such things.

      @@venkatparsad There will always be issues with Landlord share flats as you need to know exact deal btw landlord and builder, agreement btw them like sometimes you dont know you need to pay for aminities which you wasent aware. You can check in youtube about that where some videos are available.
