I have an 01 that I’ve inherited and with everything I’ve been through with it I felt like giving up. This gave me hope and makes me want to keep it. Amazing video guys thank you.
It's a honda, u can do all kinda stuff to make them so much fun. I run a 07 si that came with a k20 from factory but has bin swapped for a jdm k24a and I love it. 200hp+ with 6 speed works amazing together. Keep it and have fun with it. Great learning experience for rather cheap also. Not free, but not crazy expensive.
just bumped into this video, i have an 05 1.6 variant vtis manual 1 with 250km on it and planning to restore the whole car but parts in the Philippines is very limited. That is one problem i am facing atm
7th gen civic modded? That's a sleeper right there! Not many people think about doing anything to them because of how it looks, plus the D17 isn't that great of an engine. Love your channel guys, wish I could bring my civic to you! Love from the west coast of Canada
Great job on the car. I see george has been working on not just his cars and himself as well. Looking great, next video has to be his daily routine to how he lost all that weight.
I swear, you guys always get those crazy numbers. My novice tuner was only able to crank out 197 hp 160 tq on my k24a with injen cai and testpipe. That's crazy good.
@@LHTPerformance it was an RBB-3, most likely out of a JDM Honda Absolute. It's in my 8th gen si. I have the larger 06 tsx throttlebody and the rbc manifold. The main difference I notice is my graphs are def nowhere as clean as the graphs I see you guys and tuning by nick are able to produce. Then again, idk, my tuner is still a pretty young guy.
@@jimmyyking Tuning isn’t worth 40whp. There’s not that much magic in the keyboard. Confirm this is a 4 port head with a decent header ? Something seems off.
@@LHTPerformance 4 port head, yes. It is on the stock shorty header with a 3" test pipe, the stock catback. He did say the header and exhaust could be restricting power. George's weight loss is awesome, that car is gonna be even quicker! I hope to see him at classic hondas on the dragon this year and possibly see this car there? Great video as always!
That's an awesome swap. The optical understatement of Uncle Ray with the K24 engine inside is absolutely amazing. It's probably running better than an S2K 😅 Great job guys.
240 to the wheels is stout. I have an AWD K24 Element. Hopefully I can pull the motor out one day and put it into something fun. I've had a couple DB2 Integras in the past, so maybe a DA.

We need more videos with this car

I actually really like this generation Civic, especially the coupe. More videos on this car will definitely be welcomed!
That's a lot of power! I bet that thing doesn't even seem like the same car at all.
At the risk of sounding sappy, I love what you have done with this Civic and what you are about. Thank you.
WOW!!! very nice work>>>
wish i can do that in my 2012 civic Si sedan.....
thank you.....
ive got TWO of these right now and yes 1 hour a day will get things done!

Time is flying by, last time I saw little George he was little running round doing flips everywhere
That gauge cluster 🙌🙌🙌
Very nice, sounds amazing. Vtec pops like a B series
It sure does. I love it !
Love the detail you guys put into your videos. Hope to see George bring this to CHD9
Dude I love this car is getting some attention! George, you must be loving it.
Nice RS themed ES 👍🏾
His car is also good content for the channel and exposure. More shops should include employees builds and help them out.

So true on the AC in FL. The CRX takes a looooong time to chill.
Nice build and the simple walkthrough is simple enough to understand.
Great build guys. Always top notch. I needed some inspiration to work on my 93 Si more
I love every episode from LHT. You can leatn a lot from these guys.
George is handsome and sweet. You too John❤
simple and beautiful car! the sound is amazing!!
Great build and I have a 2003 4dr hybrid version I would love to do this too.
They made hybrids in 93?
Glad to see this car getting some love great job guys
Very nice build.
Folks let's get this channel to 100k subscriber. I've been a longtime sub.
More builds like that please!!
you guys do such amazing work!!!!
Amazing little car, wonder how light it is. I wonder if there's an LSD? That much power without one would light the inside tire on fire I bet.
i have a 02 EX beater… it’s so slow! but hey VTEC and sunroof right? 😅 congrats george!!
quality work💪🏽👌🏽
Bro am doing the k24a2 swap with my es1 05 civic do I have to run a return line for the fuel

Don’t waste your tons with the element motor go with a tsx or civic si motor. Your integra probably had the same horsepower as your element or close.
@@TheLAinvestor True that. The B17a1 and K24a4 both made 160 HP. I figured I could do something with the K series though. Maybe a little boost?
Nah still don’t waste your time the element maybe might have a little more torque. TSX and Si K motors are still stronger especially for boost.
This is awesome

Why not put an EPS rack in? Either from a ep3 or hybrid civic…then you can ditch the ps! Also throw in TSX 6th speed gears for better mpg on the hwy

Hey @LHTPerformance what was the part number of the MOOG problem solved bearing used for the front lower control arm?
I included it in the description with the part number.

Yep
Is that a fn2 intake manifold?

Why choose the worst civic version for such a good build
Is it really the worst?
That's the best Civic now with a K24A2, one of the best 4cyl engines ever made.
Idk, i guess it's preference. To me from 90s to 2024 it's the ugliest civic made. I like the ep3 more than tht one
