The problem is that Z is now the most powerful mech ever, since it can evolve into Zero! I'd say that Boss should get an improved version of Energer Z.
For being a unit everybody hates,Great Mazinger seems pretty good to me in SRW F Final. He's got some great attacks,great stats to begin with,and obviously an awesome theme. Ive always preferred Great's design to Z's design. And i prefer them both over Mazinkaiser.

I mean, Z and to a lesser extent Great are kind of a staple of the non-OG games. We know what they can do, we know what their story is, et cetera. Zero and especially G brought new Mazinger stuff to the table for SRW, so naturally everyone was hyped. I have to agree Great kicks ass in F Final, by the way.
That he does.Get enough money and fully upgrade his armor stats when you first get him and the only thing that MIGHT kill him is Scirocco(that is if you took out Rosamia in the Psyco Gundam Mk.2 and got the I-field,then Great is basically invincible.
also,i have a question. after beating an SRW like say Alpha,do you keep all the accumulated stats for characters after you beat the game the first time? for instance,if i capped Kouji's XP level at 65,would he be a level 65 at the beginning of the game?
