You've made a very impressive sculpture. Don't give up an art museum should collect that. It very adequately represents the turbulence of flight. And an inspiration to clock designers.
Very cool. I love watching some of the steps in the creation. I only wish I knew a bit more about how it works. I'd like to make some kinetic art with metal with my powerplasma cutter and powerarc welder.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how I can get plans for the movement of kinetic sculptures thanks so much. PD sorry for the syntax errors I do not speak English and I use a translator Alejandro Quintana
Классная работа! Пытаюсь сделать что-нибудь подобное,но без расчетов все не идёт... Не могли бы вы поделиться какими-нибудь проектными данными ?был бы благодарен)
Thanks for the video! I'm pretty good at cutting and sanding. It's the gears' escapement mechanism that baffles me, to create the lovely irregular and reversing motion. What does that look like? Again, thanks!
waoo great work !! how long can it moves ? I wander how it can turn such a long time and changing the direction ...🤔... amazing work ! !thx for the vid
Every kinetics have different behavior by design. It depends on the size and the weight and the energy that's being applied. They range from 4 to 12 hours
What kind of belt is that? Where do you source it? Do you have some kind of full drawing for me to understand how it works? I've been following David Roy closely... I hope to be able to make one too
Rubber cord? Where do you get a rubber cord? Sorry, I have never heard of that before. Can you share where you get this material and maybe a part number? Thanks.
Thanks for a great video ! Since about a year I own a CNC router ( Omio X6-2200L ), made a very prety wooden clock ( Brain Law nr 15 ) and then I stumbled on Kinetic sculptures. I love the motion of these things, but I can't figure out the mechanisme that creates that motion. Any help possible ? thanks again !

They simply download all of the plans all over the web from reputable websites like mine, Woodworking For Mere Mortals, Izzy Swan, etc and post them all on a single DVD for you to buy without the consent of the original author. In addition to being a scammer, these guys are SPAMmers. They post SPAM comments all over TH-cam and blogs attempting to get people to visit their website and buy their stolen goods. Do not buy from Woodprix. Woodprix is a scam! It is very likely that your credit card or personal details will wind up compromised and in the hands of criminals. If they don’t mind stealing the product they are selling, and sending SPAM buy the bucket loads to sell it, you can be sure they can’t be trusted with your personal information. This is of course assuming they actually send the DVD and don’t just take your money in the first place. Save yourself the time and do not buy from Woodprix. I am mesmerized by your work. Thank you for sharing this.

This is more of " How I cut parts out" rather than " how to make" - All in ones opinion of a title.

What kind of belt is that? Where do you source it?

Hello I was wondering if there is any book or sites, there you can learn more, to make you own
Heino Poulsen Sorry. Nothing to my knowledge.
So this is just a tease, how sad for you.

Did you figure out?
how long do they go on one wind up?
Jason Nelson 6 to 12 hrs. Depending on designs
Wow! That's amazing.
What is the blue light?
I think what you see is the light coming from the router
Very cool . How price this and mobile number ? I,m buy this .
I would love to have one for mothers day
Yolanda Isaac why not? :)
how to ??? i learned nothing from this video
нижняя часть чего не вращается?
механику не обманешь, я так понял в нижней части пружина
Mechanics principle quite clear. A tree will be able to handle even a schoolboy
WASTE OF VIDEO TIME NO USABLE INFORMATION
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?
I think the title should be "this is how to make a shitty video"
Perhaps the person can't talk

If you want to know how to make it yourself, just look for woodprix instructions.
You can learn more about it on woodprix webpage.
