    I think this is excellent. It keeps the mechanics as close as possible to match actual punching.

    Amazing tips sir, excellent for sure! So, how much weight this band should have be for adult male who new in boxing but have strong hands. Is 25 enough?

    I tried this with my red resistance band but it didn't work. One arm I was able but when the other one I got problems. I don't know if it is cause of the length or cause of the resistance... Maybe same length but less resistance it would stretch more and allow the second wrap around wrist?
    What length and resistance band do you use?.

      Hey bro, probably your band
      Is too short. You need a very light band, in this video, I use the lightest. Check those below.

      No, resistance should be enough so you still can throw fast punches.

    Unfortunately my only resistance band is too short to do this , it just cranks by arm outwards because it’s so tight XD

      It will teach you if you use it the way I show it. Otherwise it may teach you wrong technique.
