NOTE: Don’t panic if you don’t make it on time. As long as you send your application via traditional post on the last day of your legal stay (on the basis of visa or visa-free traffic) you’re good. Remember to submit all required documents.

Mam tylko pytanie - czy w sekcjach o poprzednich pobytach w Polsce i podróżach zagranicznych w ciągu ostatnich 5 lat naprawdę wystarczy wpisać rok? Zawsze wpisywałem konkretne daty na podstawie paszportu i biletów lotniczych i była to najbardziej żmudna część procesu wypełniania wniosku.
Dziękuję za komentarz. Jeśli wypełnia Pan pola dotyczące pobytów i podróży z wyszczególnieniem konkretnych dat i podstawy pobytu, to wypełnia Pan wniosek idealnie. Bo właśnie tak powinno być to wypełnione. :) Trafna uwaga. Dziękuję i pozdrawiam.

Apart from an individual question I wanted to ask I have an appointment for TRC in the upcoming week on that date Am I supposed to take all my documents with me on this date or only my application form? Kindly assist
During the appointment you’ll have to submit all required documents, these include the following:
- 4 current pictures
- 2 application forms
-2 photocopies of your valid passport (print the page with data and all stamped pages)
- transfer conformation of covering stamp duty (340pln) or optional confirmation of such payment made at department’s cash counter (do it before the appointment)
Besides aforementioned you’ll have to provide substantial documents. You may do it straight at the appointment or within 14 days. These documents include:
- acceptance letter from university
- a scholarship document (if that’s the case)
- document confirming health insurance
- bank statement certifying sufficient means of substance
- your lease agreement with info how much you pay for accommodation
These are just general information. Keep in mind that each case is individual and an inspector running your case may need some other documents. If that’s the case, the department will contact you and ask to provide additional documents.

I have a question. I was unable to reapeal after 14 days of my negative decision as the decision was not collected by me on time. I have reapply and I am currently at 13 point, where my documents were sent to higher office. Is it possible to get a official letter from immigration regarding my current status. As I have to show it to my bosa that my case is running. BTW congratulations on TH-cam channel.

This form is an easy way to get in touch with the customer service of the department and get all the answers. I hope this helps you.

One of the requirements is to provide a document confirming a financial minimum to cover costs related to your residence. I can’t answer this question because each case is individual. Please contact the department. A link to an online contact form is given in a comment below. Good luck.
Normally you would need to prove that your parents have the means to support you. Bear in mind that all the documents that you provide need to be in Polish, so it might be kind of tricky if your parents don't have a bank account in Poland.
