As an Aquatic main, I'm super hyped for these new additions, particularly Tylosaur. I'll admit that the Aquatic biome definitely needs a buff in activity, though. I can only collect so many shells.
For leedicthys it would be interesting if you’d have to migrate to specific areas that are having algae blooms to filter feed, and being in an area with an algae bloom would give small buffs
As cool as Leedsychthys is, it will probably be very restricted to only being in the ocean, and not able to make it to main rivers on the island. And as a lot of people know the Ocean is not a popular place at all for players. Hope that they possibly add a River that courses through the island so that big ocean creatures like Leedsychthys can get through.
@@catpoke9557Yep,but 100 players wont be enough...We will have all players solo whole map and being all over it and some packs of rexes dominating water sources on the island.Soo you'll have no choice on land, because if you want food, you'll have to meet those packs 🤷♂️ That often happens,where is food there are alpha packs.With aquatics being more popular,less people will play on the land.
Very excited for Achillobator and Microraptor. Pounce is something i would wish for so much in games like these, a raptor is just not a raptor to me without one. Not to mention how weak they are currently in the game. And i also love the idea to glide from tree to tree and watch people do their stuff from above just chilling on a branch or smth

Recently, it's been speculated that microraptor would have been capable of powered flight, whereas it's cousin archaeopteryx takes the short end of the stick by potentially only being capable of gliding

I personally think there will eventually be way more than that. That's just the ones they planned so far, I can picture if they do things right this game will live a long life and then they will keep adding more passed the ones they planned

I feel like carni needs some love with a new apex considering herbi got 3 apex already. Achillo would be an awesome addition that we've all been waiting for too. A semi aquatic herb mid tier would be dope too.
Yeah there adding tylo soon. They moved sarco down to 4 slot so it’s no longer an apex. When the tylo gets added it will be a 5 slot carni apex along with hatz. Leedy will likely be the next herbivore apex. That gives us a total of 8 apexes on officials. Duck is one of the exceptions to herbivores going in water so don’t expect a mid tier semi aquatic herb ever for they never existed…

Pvp wise, I wonder how they'll balance leed. It's going to be competing with tylo and possibly future apexs. Maybe it'll just be the aquatic Amarga... cool concept and unique but literally un playable in the pvp verse
I would really love for the lil rhamp to be a parasitic thing. So yea not something you actively hunt with but you'd still "hunt" for a host. Perhaps it could have a peaceful option too, where it just snacks on parasites from other things? Dunno but I just want to use that thing to sit on other players while screaming. X"D You could depending on which way you go about it make a parasite debuff that can be only cleared when the rhamps are killed, or parasite free buff that is a result of a rhamp eating off parasites from your skin. Either or, I just want to be annoying. lol
I think they will make some smaller BOT Dino’s that are so driven, but not played. This would allow them to make more quests that are biome specific and give us struthi players something to observe besides all the toxic behavior.
I just got this game today and ive been enjoying alot ,but i am soo excited to play the flying dinosaurs and have more Marine life to choose from , but one thing that bothers me is that ,there isnt ambience music when ur explorating around the map or like combat music when ur fighting other dinosaurs🤔 thats honestly my only nit pick or have proximity voice chat ,like only ppl around u can hear u ,but the music is a big thing for me ,which is y i fell inlove ancestors human oddessy soundtrack when i first started to play the game for the first time even tho i haven't beaten yet , i really enjoy the music alot in it ,its sounds primordial ,i wish they can add that feeling of music to path of titans ,but if they are gonna be adding some new dinos they should put all the long neck dinosaurs like apatosuars or the brachiosaurs cuz they are literally my favorite besides the trex ,triciptops and the pterodactyl
Mod server based entirely on the Hateg Island could be nice, although the roster would be strongly herbivorous due to the fact that Hateg's theropods are either dubious, tooth taxa or very uncertain.
I would like to see Pterodactyl I always like that flying reptile a lot. I’d also like to see Brachiosaurus or Diploticus, classics, or even Argentisaurus… really any other very big long neck Dinosaurs. Something that would give packs of predators a real challenge to take down. Also Pachys need to have the scavenger perk removed. And you should loose less growth when killed/die.

Tylosaurus is the Aquatic WIZARD LIZARD of the Cretaceous. We have proof that at least on rare occasion, Tylosaurus killed it's bigger cousin, Mosasaurus. This thing will lurk in the darkest depths, and make you fear open water, because there will be nowhere to hide. A cool feature, is maybe Tylosaurus could get a buff to allow to beach itself, dealing TONS of damage to anything on land, like an Orca hunting seals. Either way, this is the first time Tylosaurus will be playable in ANY Dinosaur related game, and I'm EXTRA excited for it!!!
Mosasaurus is no longer the "bigger cousin". Tylosaurus is the new definitive largest mosasaurine. Tylosaurus proriger could reach a devastating 22 tonnes, it makes Mosasaurus' 14 tonnes look puny by comparison
Definitely need a strong aquatic like a tylosaur or prognathodon, the sarco shouldn’t be the king of the whole of the ocean fair enough in rivers and swamps but not in ocean
I find the fact hatze is in a sea themed pack extremely concerning... Not every pterosaur was a fish eater, and hatze definitely is one of the ones that wasn't... Thalasso already got done dirty, don't do it to hatze too
