I once had a TM Trainer run where I had a 1-room charge active that turned every enemy in the room into teeth. That was it. Just teeth. They'd turn into teeth, fall to the floor, and die.

Here is a small hint you do not get the holy mantle in the room where you touch the white fire place you have to go to a already cleared room and then you will have it until you clear a room and leave it
whatever item you had from tmtrainer was activating Dataminer every time you picked up an item, which meant that your stats were constantly increasing and decreasing. If you decrease your tears stat to below 0.00 by Dataminer, your tear stat actually skyrockets to 120.0 tps. And that was what happened with your tear stat in the video. Yes, that is an intended feature (meant to reference integer overflow probably). And it can be achieved with either Dataminer OR Experimental Treatment.
So explaining the "120 tears" bug, you got a TMTRAINER item that upon picking up items/pickups you activated dataminer and dataminer has a chance to lower your firerate, now if you are at a really low firerate (let's just say 0.02) and get the lower fire rate payout dataminer bugs out and underflows into 120 fire rate (you can probably get a more in depth explanation in the wiki)
lavencas, whenever you’re playing tainted judas or using dark arts, if you use it and then walk into a spike chest and get out of dark arts, you won’t take damage 👍🏻
5:24 I think what happened is that keeper's head was supposed to pop up, but since it's a quality 2 item that 33% percent on sacred orb happens and since no other items can come from keepers, it just ate your item :)
Just because you need to be careful not to get insta-fragged by enemy spawns doesnt make it engaging, it makes it annoying when you're not "careful" (aka lucky) not to be standing on a specific tile and have gideon just decide to hurt you . also its just really boring to fight 6 waves of mines enemies ever at all
When I die in the mirror room on the third alt floor I’m always like, ‘well getting sacred heart and 10 damage on the third floor was a bad run anyway 😭’
I actually LOVE the D10, it can be a godsend to really annoying enemies like Hosts, Leeches, literally any Spider...The list goes on but those are the main three for me

My most stupid TMTRAINER item was an active with no charges, that I could spam, and that inflicted my damage to every enemy in the room on each use. Then, in the same game, I somehow got into a loop that popped both cigarettes and books (which quickly were reduced to breakfast), and gave me small damage ups each time I used a pocket item. Summary of the game: Infinite HP, damage ups, and no need to aim. Too bad it wasn't a normal game, but the "DELETE THIS" challenge.

i once had a run where tmtrainer gave me a copy of myself (like jacob and esau) everytime i pick up a coin bomb or key made the run so much easier
