Recommend changing blades to 3-blade master airscrew. Lowers sound pitch. Sound much more acceptable.

I'm also still pleased with my Avata 1 year later, actually my 3rd drone because I have had to get 2 care refresh drones so far after very heavy impacts into tall trees. Still learning manual mode but having the safety stop and hover button really helps.

Super stoked to hear this as I just pulled the trigger on the Explorer Combo after having spent about 50h in the simulator. Your initial Avata review was a big factor to why I opted for it over starting out with something more custom.

Favorite thing that happened after starting to fly FPV was having an FPV dream. 😂

Since I started to build my own drones I haven’t flown the avata anymore… btw I’m i Sweden and we don’t need to connect the phone to the Goggles… is it different in Norway?. I’m travelling to Thailand and for registration purposes the easier drone to bring will be the avata… I don’t like the RC 2. 😞

How hard is to compensate for the wind in manual mode? I guess you need lots of skills, right? I also wonder if you used Gyraflow for some of the shots you show here
