@@andrewedward8067 Usually people use that statistics very inaccurately and with racist understones (come on, don't lie).
Otherwise you'd also realise that among racial and ethnic groups, African Americans had the highest poverty rate, 27.4 percent (while Caucasians are at 9.9 percent). Poverty gives birth to crimes. What you should be looking at is their economic situations not their race. Many of those crimes are usually concentrated within their own ethnicities and areas too. It's not ironic that this black gentlemen committed the most crimes in a video game because; assuming he's middle class, he statistically less likely to commit crimes just like everyone else.
Tell me; who's going to commit the crime; a guy living in a well to do neighborhood? Or a guy who lives in an area infested wth gangs, drugs and violence? Of course the latter; no matter the race.
Long rant but I'm tired of seeing this statistic thrown around and the commenter goes "oh noes I'm not racist it's just numbers." Statistics don't mean a thing when you don't know how to interpret them and appy them practically.

I always try to play as a normal Legal Pedestrian, but it always gets on my nerves to wait for a red light or to drive safely without hitting anything, it is more fun to break the laws and punching people illegally.

Mitchell Drake It's not, really. I've been charged with assault before, and I got 2 counts. 1 for battery, 1 for disorderly conduct. They don't count blow for blow, since it would be mostly inaccurate to recall, and the value of the crime would be a bit arbitrary.
