I really like Peter Robinson. Best interviewer of them all. Very smart, very non threatening, asks all the right questions in the perfect way. I watch his interviews with people I don't know, and enjoy them all because of Mr. Robinsons talent. Awesome. If there were any good celebrities left...(Ionly like Bo Derek, Patti Labelle and cyndi lauper).... so little to no chance of those interviews...lol...but, would have loved him to host a Tom Snyder type talk show. Awesome!

Great discussion with Peter and John. 2nd level thinking answers the question that befuddles Peter. What we are observing today is the natural outcome of Cultural Marxism. Adorno, Marcuse, and Gramsci came to Santa Monica Post WW2 and were depressed by the optimism, Capitalism, and overall ebullience of Americans. They came up with a long term plan to transform the Universities and Culture. It has succeeded.I was a Policy Sci Major at UC Berkeley in 1980 so I can attest to that . What we are witnessing now is just Cultural Marxism in Overdrive. I'm not a Breitbart subscriber or acolyte but Andrew Breitbart understood everything we are seeing today a long time ago. He saw it in 2 main venues: Hollywood and Media. The University part was easy. This is the natural conclusion to the last 50 years. Marxists have taken over the Media and the Culture. Breitbart was a bit of a visionary to have the incisive mind to see this long before it became completely toxic.

Gramsci died in Italy soon after spending a long time in prison under Mussolini's regime and didn't spend much time in America, as far as I'm aware. In fact, Gramsci had quite a few interesting and positive things to say about American industry as opposed to Europe. Sorry if I doubt you know what you're talking about.

6:05 I can understand Robinsons’ feeling. Like in HK before 2019 summer, we suddenly realized that some of our friends, or closest friends, or relatives, or relatives whom we highly respect and love, are deeply pro-Beijing (deep blue ribbons or deep red). We were shocked and persuasion etc didn’t work at all. All we can do is to safeguard our values and beliefs and fight back.

Here is my journey and my video god bless uu dear i was born and raised in iraq. I am a refugee living in the Netherlands. a muslim girl. During the Obama, Hillary and Biden presidencies, many of my families died of bombing, more than 500,000 children died, and more than 2,000 people died from drone strikes. I fled to the Netherlands in 2018! I noticed that the media insults, laughs and makes stories about trump for 24 hours. i my eyes opened when I discovered that the media is a left wing media and they never tell the good things about trump. one day i saw obama on tv with full of fear and tears watching people praise him .. meanwhile i received phone calls from friends who also watched tv and were full of anger why he was so praised .. then i understood ... the media wants us to hate trump and I had somehow succeeded in it ... but then i got an inspiration from god. I went to see Trump's press conferences myself every day. I saw that he did a lot for the black brothers and sisters. on instagram i saw many black brothers and sisters telling what trump does for america ... that is how i blocked cnn .. i started following trump and i cried. .only crying. i made an instagram page where i could follow him. he fights for america .. he loves america ... he fights for his country .. he does a lot but they will never show that because that picture does not fit in their agenda! dear american brothers and sisters, also read the book by thomas sowel: u will get a clear picture what the democrat is all about
: Read the book black rednecks and white liberals ::a book by thomas sowel a respected black professor :: His message of compassion for the black community, but not under current conditions, appears to be of great significance today for a growing movement in the United States that wants to abandon the idea of systematic racism after the presidency of Barack Obama. The idea that black Americans should be democrats (because that party stands up for them) is falling apart. In the Obama years, the conditions of the black community have not improved, on the contrary. Sowell explains the reasons for this convincingly, factually and accurately.
A response to this tweet was, "Now I get what Sowell meant." It made me curious about his work. What is this ' black revolution ' based on? What exactly do they free themselves from? Sowell meticulously clarifies misconceptions that have created a certain narrative in the last century, such as the origin of (the term) ' black identity ', that racism is an ailment of the powerful (read: whites) and that blacks can never be racist. That the ghetto culture is typically black and that slavery is a typical American, or typical white phenomenon. He especially criticizes the way in which these misconceptions are and are maintained with all kinds of efforts:
What the black community wants and can mean for itself does not occur to the left, to liberals , Sowell writes. Instead, they give the black community all kinds of (economic) benefits in the form of positive discrimination, planned parenthood (abortion), benefits and slavery repair measures. Even if the effect of those benefits lags behind the results of your own efforts. He cites as an example the huge reduction in poverty among blacks before the civil rights movement of the 1960s . In the prevailing narrative, however, that movement is used as evidence of the oppression of African Americans by whites ("it has become a "well-known fact" by sheer repetition ").

Some children are forced to say things that are not true in the family court. Solely to pacify one of their parent's unwarranted grudge against the other parent. As you say, having to knowingly lie is emotionally corrosive. I'm not sure about refrigerators, or plumbers, but even in the Soviet Union, even if the wait is 6 months, that is years quicker than family court.
