Even if Alex _was_ the aggressor or the antagonizer in this situation, there was still absolutely zero reason for Teddy to have physically jumped in after Ceaser. This wasn’t some kind of street brawl or drunken bar fright with random strangers in public. Ted knows Cease is fully capable of defending himself. Not to mention that Alex is like 90 pounds soaking wet.
