She was in he shower and he kicked down the door, broke the glass shower door, and she said he was stomping and kicking her. Took her phone so she had to call her mother off her MacBook and she hasn’t seen him since. When she was on live his girlfriend was posting calling the girl overweight, said she had stds, stuff about her mother etc. he just did a press conference about it and he saying she only coming out because of the mother but when the girl first went live he said “y’all act like y’all don’t discipline y’all kids”.

I'm so glad this is being showcased on this platform and YES! Thank you abuse has no gender, people hear domestic violence and think man on woman it goes both ways. But theres a stigma out there and it persuades men to keep quiet when their the one's being abused.
Donna really needs to get help. She was in an abusive relationship with Maxwell just to turn around and abuse Alex. She’s a classic case of the abused becoming the abuser. Puma is right about the double standard. If it was him hitting her, there would be no conversation. This is serious and something really needs to happen. She’s not okay and either she gets help voluntarily or he needs to get out the relationship and press charges.
For sure they both need help. Donna, to get past the abusive tendencies and heal whatever trauma she's been through. And Alex, to do his own healing, too. I believe they can both heal, I just don't think it can be together.
To be honest we don’t even know if maxwell being abusive to Donna is true we just know he would talk to her disrespectfully on the phone when he was in jail and Donna might’ve said he started acting out when he went to jail which if that the case he couldn’t have been abusive but I could be wrong about that part that just how I remember it 🤷🏿♂️

This is a very common thing. See when anyone has been abused they become abusers themselves why ? Because many don't talk about there abuse and mention there triggers so when there new lovers do something that seems like a possible trigger the former victim starts hitting them in order to "establish dominance" and make sure there not abused again

Unfortunately, this is common for abused women. Women who are abused will often end up with a good man and the abusiveness of the female will creep out, since that is what she knows. I’ve seen it happen way too many times, I’ve seen it first hand and I actually lived it. His ex abused him, so he abused me. Hopefully they get help.
