Hi! Nice video. Can you tell me which grinder you are using? I ordered a pico yesterday and since then I’ve been looking to replace my cheap grinder which can’t do espresso.
@@happy.brewing yeah, was curious about their grinder, but couldn't find much info online yet. The Mavo looks nice and is cheap. And it's all metal. I think the Timemore C2 has plastic parts inside if I recall correctly. Thanks for the info. I might get the Mavo.

@@happy.brewing thanks so much. sorry just now bump into your great coffee channel, didn't saw ahead some previous videos. Will watch later. thanks again ;)
fortune-candy.com/products/fortune-candy-pour-over-coffee-maker-drip-coffee-stand-aluminum-alloy-glass how about this? I saw some people using this one.
for me, after trying both, tamp with funnel - without funnel, I find myself having more consistency tamping with the funnel, but that way use more coffee too. I normally use 20.3-20.8 grams of coffee beans.
@@happy.brewing In your case, it's not consistent because at first, you tamp with the funnel, and later, you tamp without it. Tamping with the funnel is to control the tamping strength 😉
I never use the staresso yet but I think the result would be good too. For me, the quality of the materials and what's included are worth it. Happy brewing coffee everyday.

I use MAVO grinder, I think it’s in the same level as timemore c2. Wacaco just released it’s own grinder which is interesting.

@@waynewtse I wrap the tank with my diy leather (dark brown) and 2 rubber bands (black).
@@happy.brewing thanks for the info! Lovely set up. Too bad I’m in Australia and can’t get that stand. Looks perfect!
@@happy.brewing Can you point where can I buy some of the thick black rubber bands?
Is the picopresso good for daily use? Like 2-3x a day?

I see some people only tamp with funnel , is there any different?

For me pico is better, because it's smaller ;)
