I especially like the outdoor sitting area. When the time comes for me to make my move, I want to have something like that to use as an outdoor smoking area. Unlike the house I have now, I want to go smoke-free inside and I could easily picture that space as ideal. Also love the picturesque flowers out front. Yes, of COURSE they have AC units. What a stupid thing to say. I'm asking how efficient is the cooling in the summer with scant insulation, no shade, house made of metal. The segment shows the AC unit, why would you bring that up again???

I dont get why there is taxes when you rent the land. Its nice like the area for dog and the fencing the other units in neighborhood look older and dated from what I could see and no pool in az. is like not having a snow blower up north lol
