I never ever cry but I found myself crying like a baby when Rikki (sp?) walked with her younger sister to meet her family. What a beautiful ceremony, moment, and blessing for all involved.
Out of all these family reunion shows that I’ve watched, Riki’s story has got to be the most beautiful reunion I’ve ever witnessed. Her father’s love, welcoming ceremony and pride of their culture was heartwarming and beautiful.
Very moving stories. I cried with joy for Ricki (Wikitoria) and her Dad, Brothers and Sister. So beautiful that the whole community welcomed her in their traditional manner, and that now she feels loved ✨🫶🏻✨
My, I’m blown away that Mel and her father are so similar in their choice of lifestyle, I.e., hair style, tattoos and etc. I find that very comforting and I think it will be a huge benefit to their relationship; not to mention that her husband also fits this life type to a tee. I am sure this will continue to be a happy ending. If they weren’t so similar this could have been a big obstacle. Much happiness to them all from PA, USA.
This is how family should treat each other. When one is lost, and then found, this is how we should welcome them. With love, hugs, and lots of sea urchin!!!!💜💜

The first story, breaks my heart. He wasn't man enough to raise her. He doesn't deserve her admiration. He didn't bother to apologize or bring her anything! After ignoring her for her entire life, she was so loving twords him.
@@tractorfeed7602 maybe he can't get leave at work or has financial constraints. Don't be so quick to judge. She's just a girl who wants to have a connection with her dad, like anyone else.

To heck with the bike. I want that 3rd Gen Trans Am. Makes me miss my 88 Firebird Formula in maui blue with t-tops. Wish I could hunt down who owns it now. Someone should make a show based on people looking for a car they owned in the past.
❤yes I would look for my ‘84 Vette was Viper blue with a white rally stripe down the middle of the car from front to back and boy I got some good feedback on that car and I’m a chick
What a moment to witness. I had the same feeling last year when i met my baby sister from New Zealand for the first time. She and my dad are wanting to come together at the end of this year, to South Africa. Real proper reunion coming up.
I’m not sure about the native people’s and cultures in New Zealand and Australia so this is very educating. I’m an American and we have lots of Native tribes here that have a horrible history in this country. But I don’t know how it was decades ago or half a century or more but nowadays children in the social services care that have Native heritage has to be turned in to the tribal councils for placement or decision making in that. I’m sure that’s what the same struggles in these Native cultures face that the government wasn’t very good at keeping them within their own communities or cultures. And by doing so they’re lost from any record keeping as well.
I am not missing a mother or father or siblings but gosh I want a haka and welcome like this y'all need to adopt an old woman from Trinidad I love all these harsh stories but this one has taken the cake ❤❤❤
This is in Aotearoa New Zealand, not Australia. The Maori culture is deeply ingrained in kiwis and pride comes from being a part of it whether Pakeha or Maori. It's unfortunate Riki's Pakeha whanau didn't know her lineage so in turn could not teach her and her Maori whanau rejected her based solely on her being raised by pakeha. I'm so happy for her that she has found her place with her whanau that love and accept her. She has found her place and has 2 families she belongs to now and can now learn about her heritage.
Yayyyy..Dunno and your gorgeous family. May God Bless your ties always...and may u have a new life w your family ties . Beautiful. The 1st couple has to be psychics, he called the Ford and I sense her vibes. God Bless everyone.
@@lovingmayberry307 Well, I'm pretty sure I know exactly which flag those 2 are. It's a New Zealand tv series; someone has uploaded episodes to youtube. You would have to find a similar programme in your country. Here in the UK, the Salvation Army help people to trace family members, and I think maybe the LDS church (Mormons) might be able to help. Google how to trace missing people! Good luck!!! ❤❤❤

What an absolutely beautiful family meeting of Riki and her Māori family. I feel such happiness for her.
Mel and her father have similar personalities and even styles of dress; that same sort of "punk" style too.
I love happy endings. The Maori welcome was beyond exciting to watch!
That was one of the most beautiful reunions I have ever seen!
Good to see that others were crying at Riki’s story too, how beautiful that the family welcomed her in such an amazing way. Lovely family.
