I used to watch these shows and just cry, when is it going to be turn. It took me 48 years to find my 2 brothers. It’s been such a blessing especially for my brother who grew up with all girls, he’s so happy he has his bros. Now I don’t cry, but feel the joy, awesome
Me too but then they abandoned me all over again because my cousin got in my Dad’s ear that I was just showing up to see what property I could get and who’s Will I could get in - it was pathetic. Meanwhile I’d flown from another country at my own expense to find them. I’ve never recovered.
Series like this Make me cry because I'm one of the lucky ones who have both biological parents on our sides. Taking care of us 12 children. From inception until we finished colleges n universities
Oh my goodness! Debbie’s story is exactly like mine! I was 48 when I found out. Unfortunately, my biological father passed away before we could meet. But, I did meet lots of welcoming cousins. As far as I know, I’m his only offspring.
I got to meet a brother I hadn’t known existed, his mom was kind enough to let me meet him at a McDonald when he was about 14. Then I didn’t get to see him again until he was an adult. He’s a part of family now but spends most visits with my father and brothers.
Debbie is so lucky to have a wonderful adoptive father and a wonderful birth father. Having one is already wonderful but both is much better than winning a lottery! What can I say?❤❤❤
Hi my dad moved to Australia around 1965/66 when i was 2 . I have since found out he died buut i have 2 brothers in Oz i would love to meet can u help or give me any advice thanks Colin Webb
Programs like this make me think about the 2 half siblings I have that I have no information about at all other than rough ages and that my dad had them with either his first wife, or someone he was seeing not even sure if they were married. But I found out because my moms parents told me about it when i turned 20 and ever since then I have wanted to find them to know them. It bothers me that I literally have 2 blood siblings out in the world that I have no idea about
So many of these stories, take so much longer, I found family at 73 years old Family from many continents, countries and confusing names. The first family lived only half an hour away. Half an hour, after traveling half way around the world. Saddest thing was although I have found a huge family, no one knew I ever existed.
Aussies seem very composed when they find out where their lost parents or children are , they don’t show much emotion, I’ve watch a couple of episodes of this and they react very calmly and don’t say much or seem exited enough with the idea of meeting family members. I’ve watched similar programmes from other countries and the people are more emotional, express their emotion better ( I don’t mean they are overly dramatic but just more emotion)
I know of three situations of people closely related that were given up for adoption. After having met all three, it has been very disappointing. None of three keep in touch. It seems they were curious and then moved on with their lives.
There’s so many amazing step family in the world. Whether like Debbie her dad, a genetic connection doesn’t mean much, we earn those positions with our behaviour. Tho, it does irritate me when people say ‘you can’t miss what you haven’t got’ While a genetic connection isn’t important to be a dad, grandma, aunt etc, it’s unfair to hide parts of your life. Especially if there’s no one in your life to play that role. It’s bizarre to meet someone who looks like you, I look like my cousins. But my half brother…omg! It’s like seeing myself, he got dressed up as Mary Lynn Monroe, it was like looking at myself in drag and a bad wig 😂
Or l'm ringing on the behalf of the woman who I believe is your daughter, that's not the human way to tell someone who have left a child behind. That should have been said in a whole differrent way, same goes for telling on camera that your parent has past away, shall have first been said off camera.
About Perry, the dog loved her instantly, do you know animals know for your smell that you make part of that family, they smell you and boom, they know your are part of that gang,
Watchinbg the Jeremy one. It has to be the Irish side not the Scottish side. To tell the difference Mc Is Irish and Mac is Scottish. Thats how you can tell the difference. Very sad that his dad passed away before meeting him.
How can you expect your daughter to come to you when she only found out four months ago that she was even a factor not to her parents she was adopted out how would she know that especially when your family and that family all kept the lie! Can you expect her to search you out you’re the parent you should’ve been checking where she was! Shouldn’t be up to the child to look for you

Sir ! I love you so much for helping meeting these lost family members and unite them
Blessings upon you ..
Im so happy for the girl finding her dad. She needed support of family. ❤
Anyone can be a father but it take someone special to be a DAD
I cried when I saw the brother loving and hugging his two cute, pretty sisters.

Such a great program , full credit to everyone involved , so pleased for Kerrie as she had no family and now a lovely dad and brother , fantastic 🙏✨

So happy for ya Darlin' ❤️You found family, you were able to connect with them, how wonderful 😊❤.
Love from Texas ❣️
Pere and her friend are so pretty!! They look like siblings rather than friends
this is just so heart breaking to me. all those years these people have been separated. I hope they stay connected with their families
It made me cry so much! How wonderful. Thank you for sharing!
Give the guy some privacy. You've told him on camera of his father's death. That's bad enough. Let him go to the cemetery alone.
Ray's wife is absolutely wonderful. She's a good wife, and I believe she would have been a great step/bonus mom had she been given the opportunity. 💕
These people are SOOOO kind ... it's awesome 😎
For me as an unwanted child I am incredibly touched.
Had to shed a few tears ... 😭
Love this series!! 💙
Is nobody going to mention the fact that Debbie’s son, Trent, looks so much like his bio granddad? 😂😂😅
The first one,the interviewer looks like he could be Jeremy’s dad.Remarkable resemblance.
36:40 how he spoke to Perry’s dad ‘why haven’t you found her?’ He could have quite easily hung up and she’d not get to meet him
Yes, I thought that was a bit confrontational also. But my guess is that there had been a previous phone call that was cut for dramatic effect.

damn it! i was just crying all the way this video

Sending everyone ~ One & All
Blessings of abundant goodness in All ways ~ All Ways!!!
The same to you Kathleen 💖

Debbie's boy looks exactly like his grandad
Just what I think too living image of his real grandfather……amazingly lovely 🩵🩵
I found my father too late but I found the rest of my family. I'm very happy with my half sister
We are very close.
what's ironic is the age of Jermey at 42 and his dad died at 42.

God bless David ❤
The last the father in Orange and his daughter when he was hugging her and she was starting to cry, he said relax. I lost it.

thank you mr david l an staff
I wish if he can see his dad.. Same time he had beautiful sisters
David, you are doing the most laudable of all deeds. Be blessed and eternally happy.

I wonder if it's possible to watch any of these programmes without crying? I haven't managed it yet!
What a great show
Oh gosh I’m crying so much over the pat one. It’s so horrible the mum took her away from her dad who adored her. So happy she has a family again ❤️
wow you are such terrific sir
Yep cried on this one 😢
Was his dad a magician? That's some vanishing act I tell ya, ... 40 years!
The show is great but the music is too loud and horrible.
Interesting show but the music doesn't match at all
This is ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Pere n her brother looked similar!
Pere's dad got some nice genes
That poor girl who spent all that time in foster care. Why did they not reunite her, with her father????
I've been sitting here for 5hours

That first phone conversation with Pere's dad was a little harsh.
yes I thought so too, a bit jumping at his throath
I didn't think it was harsh! He speaks like that to everyone he contacts.
Or l'm ringing on the behalf of the woman who I believe is your daughter, that's not the human way to tell someone who have left a child behind.
That should have been said in a whole differrent way, same goes for telling on camera that your parent has past away, shall have first been said off camera.
I was surprised he didn’t hang up, really harsh
I agree. He’s always direct, but this time he was confrontational.
I am lost and not found.
This is crazy
The Lord is close to you Jeremy
About Perry, the dog loved her instantly, do you know animals know for your smell that you make part of that family, they smell you and boom, they know your are part of that gang,
Uk long lost family is very very well done w 2 great facilitator/host. But can't say the same for this show.
I prefer this show
This one goes for shock value but it is faster moving . Horrible music and a lack of care from the investigator .
And lack of emotion from the people finding their parents or kids ! It all looks contrived and emotionless from most participants.
Watchinbg the Jeremy one. It has to be the Irish side not the Scottish side. To tell the difference Mc Is Irish and Mac is Scottish. Thats how you can tell the difference. Very sad that his dad passed away before meeting him.
Mc here from Northern Ireland
Don’t agree with telling him his father had passed away on camera.
I don't like the detective of this show. Whatever he had that rudeness in him. Esp that part about Pere s dad on the phone
That was nasty .
I'm surprised the Sisters had the same outfits on.
Why did he do that the Pere’s Dad.
How can you expect your daughter to come to you when she only found out four months ago that she was even a factor not to her parents she was adopted out how would she know that especially when your family and that family all kept the lie!

I didn't think that New Zealanders have such bad teeth. Just like the British!
Not the British,these days.
Yes British these days, No more free dental on NHS, not that they were ever much more than drill and fill.
Alien abduction?
😅😊
How can a father be missing for so long. Who would do that to a child?
