My senior year of high-school, I had a class where I sat in front of a girl who I wasn't necessarily close with but we knew each other. But she loved playing with my hair. And I loved getting my hair played with. She had some friends in that class and her and her friends would gossip together while she played with my hair. I don't remember any of the gossip, never paid enough attention to remember but this video reminds me of those more simpler times.

In my head, I imagine that the viewer/other student doesn't actually care about gossip that much, but they just had a tough cramming session the night before and really appreciate the sound of your voice and the hair play.
When you get really close to the camera and repeat a question / statement it’s so tingly!
