I Love the art of the Game but mostly of how its about wanting to get revenge over the solar systen and how the main bosses are the planets in the solar system most original thing ive seen all year keep It up man much luck in your project!!!

So the trick with Neptune is to destroy the bubbles before too many of them accumulate.
Some stuff Tyler missed in yhe demo.
-You can interact with the NPCs at the space bar after using the consumable beverage. (I had the same confusion my first time through as well, calling them active items seems a bit weird imo.)
-There are 8 challenge statues to unlock (no reward for doing so other than the statues themselves) and 4 cursed items which are essentially ascension levels.
-Pretty much every enemy type has an elite variant which is represented by the red star rooms. (I think he encountered most of them though.)
-Lastly, there are pets! They're one time use active items and Tyler actually passed up one on the first run. Basically pick the pet if you want, pop it and then you can go back to using your previous active item.
Sorry for gushing so much about the game Tyler. I just think it's something really special and hope it gets the recognition it deserves. :)

i love how the charging stance is also kind of like focus mode in the void rains, i could totally imagine the same mechanic of sending back bullets in void
there's a lot of cool unique mechanics in this one, seems really dope! as someone who never stopped enjoying enter the gungeon, i'm glad to see a game that takes inspiration from it without feeling too clone-y, would be sick if another game like gungeon got really popular
This was my line of thinking entirely. I love Gungeon and MtG definitely breaths new life into the game once you have 500+ hours in the base game lol. But this game scratches the Gungeon itch in such a satisfying way!
Also I'm the one that Tyler mentioned that has 20+ hours in this demo lmao. 😂

@@abandonment idk if you've seen the next character that the dev has teased. But basically you can become the enemies for a short bit and I'm sooo excited to try that one on launch!
Hey man! If you haven't played Voidigo yet, you're not doing yourself any favors! That game is what you're asking for.
There's an old game this reminds me of.
It's called Rayhound, where you're a spaceship which cannot shoot, but rather grab and use the bullets of enemies to destroy them with. You can also "dash" into their bullets to bounce them back, or even dash into enemies to sort of "daze" them allowing you to grab them and use THEM as meatshields.
It's quite simple, and addictive skill-based game. You can google it and get it for free.

I got the demo during next fest and I’ve been obsessed it’s so fun I haven’t beat Neptune yet but I’ve gotten close
Olexa, when Neptuno is firing bubbles you just don't need to shoot at all.
After he stops the bubble-shooting phase and starts with the tears then you can approach him with a big enough black hole to erase most bullets so you don't have to be scared of being hit and finally shoot him with your shotgun doing a lot of damage 🧠

Great game i managed to beat it the first 4 times I played consecutively its much easier than it looks but I doubt it'd be as easy if you were narrating as well tip for the boss shoot the bubbles before they pile up makes it EZ
