I built an apartment complex, a "daycare" (hangout spot for kids after school and play area for toddlers), a gym/spa/pool and a market in Magnolia Promenade and I actually love playing there now!
If you want a magnolia promenade apartment complex youtuber named Doctor Ashley did a serie where she built a apartment complex in every single world and she built it for magnolia promenade too

Normally I gravitate towards the cool-toned roof colors but the combo of the cream siding and the reddish-brown roof and door is soooo cozy!! Especially with the evening lighting on this lot (the BEST lighting!). Sometimes Brindleton Bay doesn't feel quite like New England. Maybe it's too spread out with not enough trees, maybe there's something else about it. But THIS house in the fall on this lot is PERFECT New England vibes

I used that orange tile backsplash in my recent builds kitchen too and I actually love it. It works so good as a kitchen tile.

i know that simsie is american but sometimes i get reminded by the amount of bathrooms she puts in her builds haha
When it comes to Sims I do that too, it's a lifesaver sometimes, even tho I'm polish😅
how many bathrooms do other people have?
@@kaelyn6078 in the sims especially if you are playing with big families multiple bathrooms is normal, but when i see her make a realistic house, as someone from the uk, it seems a bit wild to me to have more than one full bathroom and maybe a half bath downstairs in builds lol. i’m much more likely to only have one bathroom in a build personally.
But she calls autumn autumn, not fall.

Another Floridian here--I just swapped my yard's "regular" Hibiscus plants for "autumnal" cranberry Hibiscus this week (with dark leaves) and had the same thought, LOL! A bigger challenge would be to do a Cozy Autumnal or Winter build in Sulani, which has Seasons a lot like South Florida...one can still crave coziness in "hot rain" season, too!

I would have put the piano in the Living room, my grandfather was an organist in the church and he had an electronic piano in the living room. A huge 2 keyboard set up, having a top and a lower keyboard. The top he used for the chords and the bottom for the melady.
kayla pls i remember you mentioned the gate not matching on twitch and im 90% sure the gate doesn't match because its meant for the other base game fence 😭
honestly i always jump around in my builds and sometimes don't even finish half of them, so i got half made houses everywhere which i forgot existed
I really wish we had some more roof pieces. A quarter round roof and a set of triangular pieces and a flat roof that isn't a floor so you could have flat roofs on tiny homes that doesn't increase the floor tile count.

Am I the only one who has been struggling with resolution? Recently, when I watch Simsie's videos, the resolution drops from high to low(specifically with face cam), and it appears to be a problem within the video rather than my end. Anyone else?
@@raynia9327 yes I'm facing same issue but not with facecam.. whenever the camera moves the video resolution drops significantly but otherwise i don't face any issue like this on other videos on TH-cam

Just wanted to ask about the kittens. I feel like I've seen Snap a lot but not either of the little ones, recently.
It's crazy to me how many gallery photos are obstructed like that, and how it persists to this day with pack releases. Like, they presumably have to manually set a spot for the camera to go when it takes the photo. How do they keep messing up SO BADLY? 😭 It's not even about builders having lighting preferences or lot shape preferences, it's LITERALLY blocking the builds on the gallery! And this one isn't even the worst one! At the point it's an issue that needs to go in the laundry list

hey all 👋🏼 i am not a builder, so can someone who is explain how she puts things anywhere? How (and why) does she moves away cabinets and tables and then place clutter onto nothing? And then moves the cabinet back under them? Pls halp 😂
She uses a cheat to move things freely! (Cheat is bb.moveobjects). She moves tables and cabinets so that the clutter doesn't slot automatically to the middle of the table or cabinet, it's just a trick to be able to adjust the placement of clutter easier

Is anyone else noticing a weird compression issue on the video when Kayla moves the camera too fast? This doesn’t happen to any other videos I watch, just the ones on this channel
Awesome build, but the reference picture shown at the beginning of the video is AI generated, and it's best not to use it as inspiration material. Apart from being unethical, genAI is also turning into an environmental concern with the amount of energy it consumes. Please, it's important to be mindful about things like that

Hey, Kayla. It’s unlikely that you see this but I was a bit disappointed that you used an AI generated photo as part of the inspiration for this build.
The ethical and moral implications of AI are plenty and I believe that people who make art (as I believe you do with your amazing builds) should make a point to not participate in it even casually as it’s built off of the back of art theft not to mention the impact on the environment.
