  • How do you manage large projects across many offices using teamwork and hotlinks? An exploration on ways to utilise the power of hotlink modules in large projects, from apartment towers to 1000+ lot housing subdivisions. A demonstration of different project types, different team set ups, and how DKO have dealt with the challenges of delivering large projects efficiently. Also covering everyone’s favourite topic…attribute management across files with a bit of template management thrown in for good measure.

      It is good to learn about the best ways to deliver complex projects. Blair has had to handle some pretty large complex projects in his time.

    Actually the doll is called Matryoshka. It’s a little bit easier to manage attributes since AC26.

      I honestly am not a fan of the folders, I haven't implemented any folders in my workflows yet. I will see how things go over the next year or so, to see if I really want to change to a folder approach.

    Great session. Many of these things I've learnt working for big ArchiCAD offices.
    Re: max number of matroska mods, does Windows' max number of characters for a directory address affect it? I haven't tried myself, but if we're linking within multiple subfolders, i wonder if that annoying Windows limit comes into play.
