FAST & AWESOME Schinder 500A (Modernized Otis) Elevators at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle WA

(Recorded Jan. 2014) This place and these elevators are BEAUTIFUL and are very fast! These were originally Otis Touch-Sensitive, with an Autotronic System, but they were modded by Schindler with 500A and Innovation Premier. This was a great mod, although it would have been better if they kept the annunciator. I love the 500A chimes. The service elevators were modded as well, with Innovation Bruiser. These elevators are beautiful and the lobby is amazing. The rooms here are very nice as well.

If you do visit Seattle again, I do recommend you visit the Seattle Hilton. Their Parking Elevators are AWESOME. However their Parking Deck is a Slap in the Face.

I come so Seattle pretty much every New Year, and sometimes during the summer. I will go and check those out for sure.

Well they are former 60s Westinghouse Elevators, Modernized by Otis/Innovation around the Late 80s to Early 90s. They feature one of my Favorite Otis Floor Passing Chimes and include Inchline/CE Electronic and Inchline/Fileccia Lanterns.
