    7 years are gone and still the best heavybag knees I've seen ever being thrown on TH-cam
    Edit: 4:44 That spring knee is just death being delivered right to the liver

  • @FightVideos
    @FightVideos 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    His knee techniques are so pretty, relaxed and fast and from there great power is delivered. Just that his motion for jumping straight knees is downwards like using more gravity or same plane level in trajectory which is fine. One of my thai trainer mentioned it should be higher to aim solar plexus. During practice when we are getting tired we tend to go lower during practice which is not good habit. Similarly for his final jumping side knees, and we can use the front of knee cap to strike against the bag. You can try out and see which one works well or better for you. Cheers

    Wowza! This guy could probably win a fight using nothing but knees! Really impressive and powerful.
    I didn't know you could get such force and swing into those swing knees! Def. gives me a new way to practice them on the heavy bag. Always learning something from your videos!

      KickBoxingAtHome This is a game changer of a tutorial from Master A, it really offers amazing insight into how to utilise the knees more effectively. Glad you enjoyed it!
