Great question! Most videos you see on Facebook will include people, products, etc. and that general grouping is what we typically are referring to when we mention videos. But we do understand that not everyone has the ability to create videos like that! The main thing is you want to create something that catches your followers' attention and provides them with value, and any type of video you can manage to do that with will help :)
