Hi Monika thanks for leaving a comment. These are the things you can try - 1. If you are using frozen prawns, wash the prawns very well under cold tap water. Then apply little lemon juice or vinegar and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking. Remember not to leave it more than 20 minutes as the acid will start making the prawns rubbery. 2. If using fresh prawns, soak them in little bit of milk and let it sit for 20 minutes. Discard the milk after 20 minutes and proceed to cook. Hope this helps.
