This song was such a find for me ..happy that I got introduced to it by Tommy 😀. And yes .. I think I speak for many when I say that Tommy is the kind of guy you would like to drink a beer and just kick back and relax in the company of. If you look at, for example, the video where Tommy talks about his guitars ( th-cam.com/video/EOpn0w2LSoA/w-d-xo.html ) or how to play over the hills and far away by Gary Moore (th-cam.com/video/cwW-0jCSkbc/w-d-xo.html) … then you can se that he seems to be pretty down to earth and quite funny guy. Actually all members of Sabaton are sort of goofballs so if you haven’t looked at their vlogs you should. They are hilarious 🤣.
Oh My Stars Jeff! I just watched a video of Tommy singing a cover song of ABBA (Swedish pop group) of all things! "Lay All Your Love On Me" He took it to a whole other level!!! I grew up (decades ago) on ABBA and I couldn't believe it was the same song! 🤠🤠🤠
You probably know more than I do when it comes to Tommy I've only heard like two songs so far but they have been good. I don't think I know an ABBA song I will have to check that out. I have so much on my list to get to I'm always afraid of missing or forgetting. That's why I like it when people yell at me in the comments to remind me. Lol. Tommy is from the northern part of sweden..is the lead guitarist in a swedish metal band called sabaton, he also have an own band that calls reinxeed..the biggest crowd they have played for was in poland in Europe, was 700k in the public..sabaton tells us about the war and the heroes in it..its a history lesson ..they made a song about Alvin from Tennessee who went over the pond to fight the war..he was the most decorated soldier in medals in the world
