So for the people using metrics: here's how much you'll need of eyerything.
For the dough:
455 g flour
50 g sugar
2 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
2tsp dry yeast (1pck)
180 g milk
120 g water
1 egg
50 g butter (melted)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
For the filling:
100 g sugar
70 g butter (room temperature)
2tsp cinnamon
For the topping:
140 g butter
150 g brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp corn sirup
3 tbsp milk
60 g Pecans
It worked perfectly using these measurements. I hope this helps you!

This recipe isn't complicated, it's easy to follow.
I highly recommend this recipe, especially if you are new to making bread and feel intimidated by it. I have made Laura's original sticky buns and her cinnamon rolls. Both came out amazingly well and were so easy to do! Definitely takes a while, but it's worth it.

You are better off using corn syrup instead of honey because this will let your brown sugar melt more evenly without your cinnamon buns being gritty . That is a trick from one of the best cinnamon bun bakeries in the Philadelphia area.

So what’s the best time to prep and serve these? It takes such a long to allow it to rest for several hours and bake and all that before you serve it. So if I wanted to serve these for breakfast, should I be getting started around 5-6am to eat by 8-9ish?
