There's so much I want to write yet shall restrain myself for now as I need to focus on healing before I enter into what could be another spiritual gauntlet. My flesh has responded to relentless severe stress and I am now operating from the central part of my brain rather than my frontal lobe, it is a condition known as dorsal vagal shutdown and this is reflected in my writing. It is a temporary phase that I am so thankful to now recognize rather than collapse under the pressure and unawareness of it.
