Mercedes w208 CLK 230 P0131 fault code oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1

After test driving the car for a week the fault code did not come back.

Hi, no the scanner on the vid is for the OBD2 only, for the 38 pin socket have to use a different scanner. I have a launch x431.

@@kylexy2428 the X431 already had an adapter, it actually came with lots of adapters I never use.

How did you get round the fked thresds. I had the same , i ended up getting a sensor thread repair kit ob Amazon £10. Had to wait 24 hr for delivery so i stuck the original one back in. All worked out well

I think I just got the sensor in by getting to bite into the thread a bit the it started screwing in, I really should have use a thread repair kit to do it properly though it still ok 👌🏻.
