To me it would make sense to have a beta release date at Gamescom and a full release date at TGA. I've heard rumours of the toy line releasing on Oct 1st but I would not be surprised if that was moved around considering it was never an official date.
I agree with you completely. We need this game to be the best Transformers game ever made. So what if the game needs more time to finish developing. We have a lot of great games that came out this year and other new games that are still coming out this year like Mortal Kombat 1. Good things come to those who wait!

I think the TF community it’s just restless because it’s been so long since we have got a proper video game and the cybertron games aren’t even available anymore.

I'd definitely prefer being hopeful when it comes to this game. Being misled to believe it was canceled got pretty annoying to put it lightly, I'd love to see how the game is when it's in our hands.
I think the last thing we as fans want is this kind of misinformation/discussion, like come on, we all are fans of this franchise and should be supporting it. Splash damage should give more information, tho, I hope that the closer the beta releasing the more info we'll get

I know, rushed games suck. Take a look at the recent Pokémon games. In fact, the only rushed game I can think of that is good is Halo 2. Or you could also take a look at Zelda TOTK, it was delayed a lot so it could be perfect.
