i absolutely believe that this entire franchise would not have been possible without Peter Cullen voicing Optimus Prime!
I mean the franchise went on just fine with other Optimus actors kids grew up with for the 20 years between G1 ending and 2007, and other actors taking the role after.
The franchise would have been just fine, different of course but just fine.
Gary Chalk is the best Optimus Primal. But for Ron Pearlman, this is his second time voicing him, and he did a damn fine job. Peter Cullen he made the mold of Optimus Prime. From what I hear, Peter enjoyed this script a lot. He actually had fun. So I am glad he is voicing Optimus Prime once again.

There’s way more to Transformers than just Optimus Prime and Peter Cullen, they just keep sticking every show and movie in about the same time period. Peter Cullen is one of the best parts of Transformers, though.

To be fair, scourge did beat optimus a second time With noah's help might i add. And considering that optimus had his mouth guard, scourge wouldve killed him point blank and one more instance was when scourge decided to shoot the panel instead of prime after stunning him, so id say...prime had to be reeaaaaaallly pissed and motivated to kill scourge.😅
Nightbird's only strength was no one could catch her, i think she able to disarm and stab rhinox at one point. Bb gave no quarter the moment he got his hands on her, presumably after understanding that thats her one big weakness
I love the improvisation in the Bee vs Nightbird fight. "Scourge is shooting me? Let's use her as a shield. Huh, a broken piece... stabby stabby!"

I really like that Bee changed the entire outcome of the final battle, as if to remind everyone how it's done. OP was getting attacked by a swarm of Terrorcons, Noah was getting backed up in a corner by Nightbird and an army of Terrorcons, Elena couldn't use the control panel yet because of Scourge, and everyone else was just having a bad time. But as soon as Bee made his entrance, he just started shooting up the place and showed everyone how it's done. It's a good reminder that he's an absolute unit! He is a killer! 😂

Say whatever you want about this film,but i think this is one of the best TF movies ever.
It was a long time since i last felt so much fun while watching a movie.
Ay, this guy gets it, plus as more of a Beast Wars fan than a G1 one (*no offense btw.), watching this movie even helped me move on from the Bayverse for good because of how crazy those previous movies' purists drove me with their blind-hatred that those guys call "criticism".
Then again, dispite not having much screentime, I did enjoy the Dinobots from AOE/TLK alot more than both the 1-5 movies' Bots and Cons tho' lol.

Bayverse bots were way to violent and blood thirsty IMO. Bumblebee and RotB have more creative fights,with lot's of choreography and using alt-form.

So to summarize my point: No. It is more than just the 'pew pew and cling clang sounds'. It is the overall intensity of the scene that was created by the combination of music playing, sound effects and dialogue that was played throughout this scene that made the final battle scene top notch.

Seeings this movie in the theater was once of the beat experiences of my life. I'm really glad we're finally getting some amazing Transformers movies after the Bayverse screwed up after the first one (2nd one wasn't bad tho)
For me his first film was his best film and it was the only movie where the decepticons where a actual serious problem the rest went down hill from there

Idc what problems this movie has, because to me, this is the most fun I've ever had watching a Transformers movie. It finally felt like half of the things about Transformers I've always loved was put into one movie, with promise of more that could go even further. I've never felt more hype watching a Transformers movie in my entire life, I love the human characters, I love all of the autobots and maximals and terrorcons. Scourge has got to be the most intimidating villain in the entire series so far, and Unicrons presence is so immense and grand. It left me wanting more, in good ways and some bad. I wish the Maximals robot modes were a bit more prevalent, and I wish Airrazor actually transformed at all. I'm excited to see the sequels explore the Beast Wars characters more, and I'm excited to see what direction this series is going to go in general.
This movie was better than all the bayformers movies combined.

In all honesty TF(2007) is probs the best along with 2 and 3 4 was not that great only thing great about that was Lockdown his mysterious demeanor coz he was a literal assassin bounty hunter no sides just whereever the most money was 🤷 by far the G.O.A.T villain in the TF live action franchise after that Megatron from (07 and ROTF) Sentinel and Scourge all great BUT by far the best is Lockdown he's a 1 man army unit in terms of WAR Sentinel Megatron & Fallen are the best but in terms of hunting and getting a specific job done has to be Lockdown Scourge is below them all from both sides however that's the thing about Scourge he can acc DO both WAR and HUNT but imo Lockdown still the G.O.A.T
Franchise fatigue, and it came out on the heels of the major movies everyone wanted to see this year. Shame too because this was a Transformers movie where the robots are the main characters and not Chevy props on display during bayhem explosions.

Not a Bumblebee Fan but bringing him back with "Don't call it a comeback" really had an unmatched swagger
And the way the song gets calmer at 5:20 for Elena's "hero moment" and picks up again for the actual action was nothing short of a bliss.
Seriously, that moment was almost etheral, I remember vibing along with the music every time I watched the movie xD

I feel like, while the animation in this movie isn't as detailed as the first three bayverse movies, it is much more expressive and coupled with the bots being actual characters now it's much more fun to watch this for me
