Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills we need in order to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We want to educate, inspire and empower people to be a positive force for change in society and find a more purposeful way to look at our lives and the lives of the people around us.
We are a global initiative that develops inner abilities, skills and other qualities for people and organizations involved in efforts to contribute to a more sustainable global society.

We are so happy so see a global initiative focused on 'transforming' 'selfishness, greed and apathy' because it means our shadow sides are being spotlighted, which is the first step in taking them out of the pilot's chair. It is so refreshing to sense clarity from world thought-leaders admitting that we are never going to solve today's problems with the same kind of thinking that caused them. This means upgrading thoughtware has become a global concern! It is so exciting that we understand that 'more and more of us need to grow and develop'. Finally we see how great it is to dedicate ourselves to making the world work better, because this means 'you have to get into training'. Training is the opposite of hoping...
