- We took our bikes camping at Rock Creek OHV park in Oregon for the 4th of July. We had some collisions with trees, some drops, some tears of exhaustion, and a whole lot of fun!

My wife is trying out our TW and I’m shopping for a Desert Sled. That’s how I found your channel. Is the DS as much work to ride off-road as it looks on video?
Haha, no! It is not that hard for a couple reasons first, I am not good at riding off road. Just getting into it after 12 years of pavement only riding. Also, this was the hardest day of riding I have had on the Sled by far. There were a lot of invisible baby head rocks that blended in with the red rock, and I was nursing an unrelated knee injury going into that day of riding.
It’s a great bike combo. The Desert Sled is a ton of fun until you drop it, then it is heavy but not impossible to pick up.
I did a test ride on a ‘21 DS today. I’ll pretty sure I’m going to pull the trigger on it tomorrow. Looking forward to making our own DS/TW memories!
