Interesting how the first scene is pretty much a blueprint for Walking with Dinosaurs 3D: male centrosaurine with a deformity has his eyes on a particular female, gets beat up by a stronger rival, ultimately wins by taking advantage of his deformity.
It’s also noteworthy how similar both Dinosaur Revolution and Walking With Dinosaurs 3D are production-wise. Dinosaur Revolution - turned a cartoon into a documentary Walking With Dinosaurs 3D - turned a documentary into a cartoon
Even if I agree that these deleted scenes would make show much better I still think from what we got it's still a great show and before you ask no I don't concedere to be better that when dinosaurs roamed america and walking with dinosaurs
The Styracosaurus cracking his neck during a fight echoes the Jack Palance T. Rex in the final episode of Dinosaur Revolution. Perhaps the idea was recycled from this segment.
@@canonbehenna612 Especially the Rex way originally planned to be the menacing character like from The Land Before Time. But not not with blinded eye like in The Land Before Time.
I wasn't sure I would ever see these again. I saw part 2 of the Raptorex scene and the Darwinopterus scene in Krentz' Facebook, but not the Styracosaurus one, which is my personal favorite. These all just go to show what might have been. Now if I could just find the animatics for the T. rex and the extinction event for the last episode again...
Do you remember the battle between the two male _Cryolophosaurus?_ The male _Cryolophosaurus_ that was defeated (after losing his mate and having the winner break his crest) walked to the beach, and threw himself into the mouth of a waiting _Temnodontosaurus,_ but Discovery Channel cut that scene because that it was somewhat disturbing.
I had hat to look this up but Darwinopterus and the Monolophosaurus is at least 1.5 meters tall. So it should look a bit bigger compared Darwinopterus.

Can you the Terizinosaurus scène ?

Yeah this scene basically is Walking with Dinosaurs 3D
The Repenomamus barking and acting like a chihuahua was freaking hilarious.

What could've made the documentary so much better if they made more episodes based on these scenes!

I agree. There should be a season 2 for Dinosaur Revolution.
13:24 when you accidentally eat a quarter of the cake, thinking it looked smaller than it actually was
The first part of the first scene looks like something from Genndy Tartagovsky's PRIMAL 🦖
Funny how David Krentz worked on both shows.
The Styracosaurus cracking his neck during a fight echoes the Jack Palance T. Rex in the final episode of Dinosaur Revolution. Perhaps the idea was recycled from this segment.
The Repenomamus segment aged like the finest wine.
Except for the fact Raptorex is an invalid species, it’s actually a juvenile Tarbosaurus.
The plot and characters in the styracosaurus scene remind me of Disney’s Walking With Dinosaurs 3D.
Who else agrees?
The first script for Disney dinosaur was made to be about a styracosaurus but they change during production because it to scary and sad

@@alfaisalq5739 You do? I wonder where… 👀
Actually it was 20th Century Fox that did Walking with Dinosaurs. Before 20th Century Fox became part of the Disney Family.

Legit thought that styracosaurus with that deformed horn was an Einiosaurus
I thought the one next to him was his mate
Oh wait it is

I want season 2 of Dinosaur Revolution so bad maybe they'll be dropping in 2021 or 2022

Okay, so I messaged David Krentz on Facebook about it… and he said that never happened 😅
Hey, The Dinosaur Revolution full sound track has dropped!! 43 tracks! Over at Earthsonix
Honestly, if they made at least two or three more episodes instead of 4, it would have been so good for these deleted scenes
That first one ls literally Disney's Dinosaur if they never replaced them with Iguanodons.
God, I want to see these for all the episodes now.

I like the styracosaurus scene, I wish this part was in the main show all the time!?👍🏻
