We're so glad you like this generation of Weebill, Lee. We still remember the epic music video you made with Weebill-S, hope this newer Weebill 3 could contribute to more of your future works. Seeing more of your works just motivates us to keep making better products. Keep it up, man
Zhiyun, please makes gimbal with 18650 / 21700 removeable battery in the future. Having build in battery is cumbersome, if the gimbal runs out off juice we need to plug into power source VS removeable 18650 / 21700 we can just swap quickly and ready to shoot again. With build battery, when the battery also in hundred cycles of charging and perfomance is dropping, it is also very difficult to swap with new one with build in battery. Also why the weebil handle is not detachable? it's takes more space when we want pack the gimbal, consider also make detachable grip gimbal grip in your future gimbal.
Thanks for the review! I'm down to either the Weebill 3 or the RS3, though I'm leaning more towards the RS3! It's nice if there's also a comparison of both gimbals too
Thanks for the awesome review! I just got my combo a couple of days ago and it came in a long cylinder carrying bag that is pretty cool. - I also bought the DJI RS3 and I’m trying to decide between the two.
when you have it on pov mode for examble , can you push the trigger button to switch to lock mode for the time that you pushing it , and when releasing it, the trigger button ,can came back at pov mode again autocaticaly ?? You know ,like Dji s gimbals ...
I missed a screw to attach the module to hold the cell phone, as the Weebil S had, even though the M3 was a much smaller and more limited gimbal, it had this screw and this one didn't, how to use a monitor on it?
As a potential buyer of this gimbal that foam case certainly sticks out as cheesy and cheap looking. If it was designed as an insert for some common hard case then it would make sense
Hey, great vid, as always! Is it compatible with follow focus from Crane 3s? Nobody actually uses one in weebill 3 reviews. P.S. I don't believe in Fuji XT4 autofocus, that's why i'm asking so :)
Hi lee . I want to buy a gimbal for my Travel film making . I use sony a7iv with 24-70 gm or 24-105 G . can i use 105 of 70 focal length with this gimbal with no issue ?
That’s like saying a Sony a7iv is missing 8k video recording like the canon r5. They are two different manufactured products that do similar things. But it doesn’t mean one is missing something if it was never invented to come that way
Love the video Lee! Question is which is bulkier the DJI RSC2 or the Weebill 3? Also, would you prefer the Weebill 3 over the RSC2. I'm asking cause I currently own the RSC2, but want something a little more compact and easier to setup. Thanks!
They are roughly the same size and weight but the weebill3 can handle a little more weight, I can’t say which would have better stabilization because I’ve never used the rsc2.
If you want to put monitor on it you could always get a baby clamp and magic arm and clamp it off the under slung handle. I feel like it would be awkward having a big monitor on such a small gimbal though. But it’s easily doable. Or don’t use the under sling handle at all and screw a magic arm in there
I might be able to handle it but not with it zoomed out. You would have to leave it at 35mm. You would probably want a bigger gimbal for that. Either Crane2s or RS2
Can the Nikon z6 ii syncs with this gimbal. So I can control the exposure setting on the fly and be able to record? Am asking because when connected to the weebill s the z6ii says no memory card.
Which video settings did you use for the capture ? 4K? 6k? H265 or ProRes? Looks amazing… you almost sold me on the f4 lens… I wish it was a bit more open.
Im just a little upset because I just recently purchased weebill s and now here we go with weebill 3 already dang it, im just curious though to see how this would be setup with a external monitor
Build in battery sucks and inconvenience. When the battery runs of juice, you need to plug it in on some sort of power. But Weebil-S battery is removeable, you can just easily swap the battery when running out of juice. Also when the battery performance is drop after hundred cycles of charge and need to be replace, it is so much more convenience & hassle free to fix that issue with Weebil-S compared with build in battery on Weebil 3.
Do anyone suggest me ideas about how to balance BMPCC 4k with weebill 3 gimbal..? will it work? i have weebill 3 gimbal with bmpcc 4k and sigma 20-70mm lenses. I am struggling with balance issues?
BMPCC 4k can not work with weebill 3. The compatibility list: zhiyun-website-shenzhen.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/instruction/20230228/1677571240454-tA2GSFh2.pdf
Pretty impartial review for a sponsored video. Wished that guys would drop the unboxing part ….has nothing of value to the video in my opinion. There’s only once where I found an unboxing so relevant that I actually watched just that part more than once(it was for a TCL 100” tv). You’ve covered and answered all the questions I have and more about this new gimbal and I’d say that this is the one I’ll be getting.
10 YEARS OF GIMBALS, and they still look and function the same way. Only minor cosmetic updates and things that nobody care about. They are still pretty heavy and break your back, and hard to balance, no matter what.
I honestly wish some of these gimbales were heavier. I used the ronin m for years because nothing looked as good. The weight helps smooth it out more. As for balance it’s super easy to balance a camera once you’ve done it enough. I don’t really have any issues with it. It’s worth it when the client needs footage shot with a gimbal.
So funny...version 3 and they still do that pathetic foam case. Everyone comments on this...why can't they step it up and throw in a case, even if it's a cheap one, anything would be better than a piece of foam that's useless.
Didn’t see your comment, but I’ve also made a similar critique about the foam case.

I am removing my subscription from this and another channels, which simply advertise brands. I understand that they have to make a living, and they make quality content, but I'm tired of seeing ads. This dynamic is destroying the credibility of creators and generating anxiety in consumers, bombarded with supposed reviews that are just advertising. My best wishes for this channel, but goodbye.
Having integrity is important to me, any review I make always comes from a place of that in the back of my mind. I’m not a good enough salesmen to sell something I don’t like so I will never recommend something I don’t like. Sad to see you go knowing how much work I put into things and you don’t value them. I think the problem is embargo release dates. They are annoying and as a consumer would be generating “anxiety” as you put it.

@Jeffrey Sutton, What are you thoughts after using both ? Thanks !
This dude always has brand new video for me!
It is brand new comment.
Nice vibe! Good job Lee. The gimbal looks in super light weight lol
Thanks man. Yeah it’s super light
xh2s footage looks great
The fuji footage is so cinematic, wow...im really curious how you edited that footage
All about the lighting. It was a pretty dope location and lighting at that time of day

Holy crap that XH2S footage!
Looking clean
Can you do a video to show how to properly set up this gimble
I really wonder if we are ever going to get that focus motor
Ayyy always love to see the new zhiyun gimbals, this one looks extremely lightweight! Might have to consider over the Ronin S2! 💯✔️🔥
Great video👍🏾 do you think it can be used for vlogging?
You could. But it would get heavy
Can this carry heavy cameras? I bought a Hohem MT2 and it can only carry my micro 4/3 and can’t carry my full frame
What is the name of the quick release for that plate?
I missed a screw to attach the module to hold the cell phone, as the Weebil S had, even though the M3 was a much smaller and more limited gimbal, it had this screw and this one didn't, how to use a monitor on it?
Do you think this Webill 3 is capable of handling an eos R and a super heavy lens like the Canon Ef 11-24 or the 100-400 Ef II is ?
can you show how the canon r6 and the 24-70 can be balanced please…
As a potential buyer of this gimbal that foam case certainly sticks out as cheesy and cheap looking. If it was designed as an insert for some common hard case then it would make sense
can i use my own manfrotto place? is it a manfrroto plate what they have on?
Nice Video thanks. Questions: Can I start and stop the Canon R5 from the Weebill 3, or is it only possible via the app
Hey, great vid, as always! Is it compatible with follow focus from Crane 3s? Nobody actually uses one in weebill 3 reviews. P.S. I don't believe in Fuji XT4 autofocus, that's why i'm asking so :)
I wasn’t sent any follow focus to try but it’s suppose to be compatible with the new zhiyun accessories including the follow focus
How does it handle your Fujis?
Hi lee . I want to buy a gimbal for my Travel film making . I use sony a7iv with 24-70 gm or 24-105 G . can i use 105 of 70 focal length with this gimbal with no issue ?
It can handle 24-70 I don’t know if 24-105 is getting too heavy. You would have to re balance it for the zoom position
Is the slo mo the gimbal look?
Nice brother. Thank you for review
How to put it in portrait mode
My Weebill 3 record button not working .. it just focus but not start recording!!!!
hey man how do you like viltron 13mm??? thnx and great video as usual
It’s a pretty cool lens. I shot a video with it coming out soon
It's missing the screen and automatic lock feature available in the RS3!

Nice video. Is this a new studio?
It’s just a studio I rented to shoot this. I wish I had a place like that my apartment is just too small
Wow same day launch for both Zhiyun and DJI! Who will win?
I don’t know why they did that. I’m sure they had to know lol
Do you think it would be able to support an A7iv with a Tamron 35-150? If not do you have a recommendation for what will?

I just looked at the list and it says z6/z6ii compatible
do you think it can take a A7IV with a Tamron 35-150 f2-2.8 ?
It would probably pushing it especially if the lens was zoomed. If it wasn’t zoomed out it would be okm
You haven't talk about the best feature! The portrait mode! jeje cheers from Lima, Perú.
Great content, mate like always. What's the price of this?
I think it’s around $400-$450

Since the gimbal is so good why did you slow down your footage? Handheld is also smooth in slow motion.
I only slowed a few clips down for the vibe of the edit. You couldn’t get handheld shots that smooth while running like I was
