Stoked that I'm certain, CERTAIN that folks that see this that don't already lift on the regular will see the joy that can come from it. It's THE BEST one-player sport: it's just you vs gravity / you vs yesterday-you. And you get to watch that progress in tangible numbers. Setting that time aside for yourself, the dopamine hit of a PR, the moments of pure-meditative-focus mid-lift... it's a hell of an anti-depressant. So yeah, brothers and sisters and others, try it. Just... give yourself a couple months. Try it.

Nick had the best energy with the woman at 1:45-1:56. She knows getting hyped and getting angry 😡 is the way to go. That’s literally how Eddie Hall deadlifted 500kg (1102lb). That’s how people push past their limits.

Eddie hall worked with a psychologist to visualize a scenario where he had to save his kids. So yeah no lol.

Just a thought….would be cool to have a third category for person with the best strength to weight ratio. Just to make it a little more fair 🤔 love these videos either way though 🤘🏻🤘🏻

You should do a challenge where whoever can bench 2x there body weight get rewarded, or same with squat or deadlift but adjusted.

Nah, that should’ve gone to the officer. Dadbod guy was using wrist wraps, elbow wraps, and a wider grip. The officer hit that with his own body like a real man.

I could have easily hit that 420 “raw” without any sleeves or a wraps. I paused my bench and ass was on the bench.
