This zucchini salad with yogurt is a summer time cold delicacy. It's very refreshing and flavored and it is usually served as a side dish.
Zucchini salad with yogurt is very similar with Tzatziki, (Greek salad with cucumbers and yogurt), but even tastier.
This delicious salad is made with fried zucchini, but you don't have to worry about your diet because they aren't fried in too much oil. You can also grill the zucchini.

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini (900gr)
- 500gr Greek yogurt
- 5-6 garlic cloves (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice to taste
You also need vegetable oil for frying the zucchini
