I counted when you were doing the flour and you put in 8 cups of flour instead of 7. The bread looks delicious.I know hubby is happy.

You are absolutely right! It should have been 7 cups, I must have gotten distracted and didn’t notice I added an extra cup. Yes he was happy. He LOVEs his bread!!!

We love home made bread. I am going to try your method. I have always let my yeast proof before adding. I did not see you add any milk or shortening/oil though.
