The only gift i have now is tongues if i pray in my language i get tired soon but in tongues 4 to 5 hours no tiredness this video is useful to me to know more about the tongues thank you
To be given the ability to pray in the spiritual language that we call " tongues"is , first of all, the result of us having recueved the Holy Spirit. If a believer has never spoken in " tongues" yet is because they never have recieved the Holy Spirit yet. A believer that has never spoken in tongues have never recieved the Holy Spirit yet.
@melodyowusuwaaduah716 The only evidence given in cripture that a believer has recieved the Holy Spirit when they recieved is speaking in tongues ( Acts ch.210,and ch.19) Pray for the Lord to fill you with the Holy Spirit again until He answers you prayer and does so. Then open your mouth and start relaxing your tongue as your way of surrendering it to the Holy Spirit. Continue to do so until the Holy Spirit takes control of it and enables you to speak in tongues. This is when the Holy Spirit joins with yours. It is the overflowing Spirit baptism that causes us to reciieve the Holy Spirit.
@@robertnieten7259 yh we all have the Holy Spirit within us but not all has the baptism so I need the baptism and tongues is not the only fruit of the spirit , peace ,patience ,descernment can also be a sign of you having the Holy Spirit

@@crybaby7667 I’ve sought that for 15 or so years. Now my faith is broken for it. I lost my faith that God will do it for me. And the scriptures say without faith it’s impossible to please God. James said a double-minded person can receive nothing from God.
@@Yoran87935 Thank you for the response, but I’m convinced that without faith on my part God won’t answer my prayer. That if I pray in doubt I won’t receive.

I can’t pray in tongues. I’ve tried countless times over many years.
Pray to be baptised in the holy spirit, fast, ask others who have been baptised in the holy spirit to pray over you.

Praying in “tongues” is unbiblical. This is not what 1 corinthians is talking about. 22:13 , that is not of the holy spirit.
