I was in Dave’s meetings in the mid 80s for 5 nights in Vista, California. I went every night wanting the baptism but I was afraid to go up to the front. On the final night I made myself walk up there. As all the people were standing across the stage he told us what to do and then started walking down the line of people putting the microphone up to the people’s mouths as they spoke in tongues. Seeing him come closer the fear struck me and I said to myself over and over...I can’t do it, I can’t do it, I can’t do it. When Dave got to me he leaned over and said right to me “God told me to tell you you can do it” and instantly I started speaking in tongues. An unforgettable night.

I took my girlfriend to a Dave Roberson meeting almost 40 years ago.
She was deaf in her right ear since she was a young child. She lost her hearing in that ear as a result of a fever.
Dave called out "someone in this area is deaf in one ear. I said she's right here.
Dave leaned over and whispered Jesus, she said you said Jesus. He whispered Praise God, she said Praise God.

Sid Roth's It's Supernatural! How can you know what language are you speaking?
I keep saying Ka Tu Ra Ma what dose that mean?
Marko you should pray for interpretation of tongue or ask someone who has got that gift. There is more than 3 types of tongues and only one form can be interpreted. Another speaking in other langusges. Another Holy Spirit praying for you which is the most common one.
I also had something like that, than a brother prayed for me and Holy Spirit loosened my tongue and something screaming left me. Since than that never come back.
Marko Blazevic, the ability to pray in tongues in private, and not as a message to the church, is for your edification. It does not have to be interpreted, for it to edify us. In fact, the very reason God gives us this ability, is to bypass our human brains, which want to remain in control. But our brains cannot know what to pray for correctly. That's why we need our spirits (which are in direct connection with the Holy Spirit, and under His control) to pray without our human brain running interference!
I would suggest you do NOT attempt to interpret the tongues you are praying. At this stage, that is not interpretation, but your human mind trying to grasp control again. So that every time you feel you need to pray what you think "Ka Tu Ra Ma" means, your human brain will put your tongue into gear, trying to say those syllables... and you will think you are praying in tongues... but it won't be the genuine tongues anymore. It would be your brain pretending to pray in tongues.
For tongues to be genuine, they need to bypass your brain's control. Learn how to pray fluently, in great volume, in tongues, without it being interpreted. Why? *To train your brain to stop demanding to be in control of your spirit!*
The verse "Let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue, pray that he may interpret".. that verse is not talking about private prayer. That is in the context of public-address tongues in the congregation. If you ever lead in prayer in church, in tongues, that is the time to interpret so that others may understand. But not so that you can diagnose your tongues for your own brain.
1 Corinthians 14:14 says clearly that if you pray in tongues, your brain is out of the loop.
Let it be so. It's a matter of learning to walk in faith. Defying the doubt that drives the struggle to identify those syllables.
Just jump in and swim! Pray in tongues as if it's your daily food.
It will strengthen and change you, from the spirit, to the soul, to the body.
It'll even transform your brain, changing you into the image of Christ. Making you think the way Jesus thought. Romans 12:2
I witnessed legs grow out and teeth filled to many people when he came to our church years ago. This truly happened.

I was baptized in Holy Spirit & fire 🔥 from - 12.05am to almost 5am, lying down on my bed non-stop, tears flowing down both my eyes, couldn't move much, couldn't get up but felt peaceful, grabbed by cellphone, recorded the whole thing! Just so glad that Jesus came into my room to baptized me Himself. I sure love my Father God, Jesus !

I came accross this video last night and had an experience last night of someone pressing down on my chest and I'm almost battling to breathe, my left arm felt extremely heavy as if a weight was pressing on it. I gave one kick and it stopped, thought I kicked my husband but he can't remember anything. While this happened I had no fear because I knew my God is stronger than any power of this earth! Can be that I dreamt it. I woke up just after it happened with still a heavy arm - it was 2:48 am. God told me to read Joel but not a specific chapter. I read all three chapters twice and had this amazing inner peace. Next I started speaking in tongues for firrst time in probably 20+ years and had no control over it. This lasted for more than an hour. Thank you so much for what you're doing. I believe there's a message for all believers in this book of Joël and suggest all read it. Thank you once again from South Africa. God blessings to all reading this 🙏

I love that I can speak so fast in tongues. Like Moses and Paul, I’m not an eloquent speaker and sometimes I have such a hard time articulating my thoughts. Praise God for this gift and the utterances I can speak come out so freely with ease.

I watched this again and although I have spoken in tongues for many years the Holy Spirit came upon me in a beautiful way. I was mesmerised by His power!

tooth filled with silver and later it turned to white

Dave is so full of God's Love, even from the way he speaks.
I was privileged to have known Pastor Dave as a grandfather in the faith. He was the most anointed minister I’ve ever seen. During his services, the love of God was so strong on him that you’d be in worship, enjoying the presence of God, eyes closed and you could literally feel the atmosphere change when he stepped into the service. He would stay in the green room until right before he began to speak and I could always tell when he had walked in. He would pray for every single person in a prayer line, not leave anyone out. When demons would manifest he made them stop and just leave, wouldn’t announce the sins of the person or the type of demon that was just expelled. He never embarrassed people, whether while ministering or behind the scenes. He was humble and kind, and honestly had the best sense of humor lol. I learned by experience SO MUCH from him, just by seeing his sold out love for Jesus and other people. I saw so many miracles in his meetings. One woman was called up by him for prayer once in Ohio. She was green, looked like she was close to death. I saw her skin turn pink as he prayed for her and Jesus healed her - I think she said she had a heart problem that God healed. I miss Pastor so much! And what I loved most is that he tells you how to lay down your life for God too, how to walk in the same presence of God.
This old rerun just blessed me so much today. I felt a strong awareness of God’s glory after listening to it.
RIH, prophet Dave. I was in a meeting in San Angelo in 1988 or so. The friend I brought was healed thru a word of knowledge the Lord gave Dave. Praise the Lord Jesus.

I have just experienced the most beautiful gift. THE GIFT OF TONGUES. As Dave was praying a supernatural Being took over my body and I saw a light before my eyes and I lifted my hands and I started to speak in tongues. I read about this last night and I was ready to accept my gift today and I happened.I didn't know it can happen so quickly I looked looked at another channel and said it can take an hour. Well mind took a few minutes. I was open to receive the Gift. I was determined to receive it and it happened. Tears streamed down my face as I repeated Dave prayer. I was going to speak but it was my teeth chattering like as cold but I wasn't cold I was warm inside. I kept saying, Thank You Lord, and I love You between the chattering. The Holy Spirit took over my body. Thank you Jesus. I been waiting for this. I've been watching this show for about one week. I keep listening to everyone saying how close they were to GOD. They can see him, they can hear him, they have been to heaven and I ask GOD to help me communicate with him and to live inside me. I've been praying and reading my bible regiously for for months. I have so much going on in my life and my family and I knew I had to get close to GOD because of all the spiritual warfare in my environment. I knew only GOD can provide. Thank you.

I believe this is what people are so hungry for, the supernatural gifts of the Spirit of God. There is so much confusion about speaking in tongues, and so few ministers willing to talk about it. Hi Brandon. I think there's a lot of misconceptions on being filled with the spirit. It's hard to explain how it feels, but speaking in tongues doesn't really give you any kind of 'feeling'. If you ask God for the ability to speak in tongues and yield to His spirit, it just starts to naturally flow from your spirit. Watch this video again and towards the end, it shows them easily speaking in tongues for a few seconds. You always have control over it, just like you might consciously switch from speaking English to speaking Spanish. I know that for me, after I started speaking in tongues, I developed a real hunger for God's word and it really helped me to read and memorize scriptures. And, if you ever have trouble knowing how to pray for something, you just start speaking in tongues. The Bible says when we're speaking in tongues, the Holy Spirit is helping our weaknesses and giving us utterance when we don't know what to pray for. (Romans 8:26) Hope this helps!

When I read his book Walk of the Spirit, the Walk of Power, I was barely 18. It transformed my life. I started praying in tongues for many hours and this totally revolutionized my life completely. He inspired my first book Tongues of Fire. I thank God for his life and ministry.

Brandon M. Hernandez I can tell you it is wonderful. Speaking in tongues is a language between you and God and the devil don’t know what you are saying. Praying in tongues builds you up and helps you with temptations of the flesh. The Holy Spirit is sent to us to help us and be a comfort to us and he does that!!

Dave Robertson laugh is contagious for when he laughs, i laugh too. Hes active and lively. Well at least this channel keeps me awake. Been a Christian 23yrs , yet unable to speak in tonques. I envy ( sorry im not suppose to say envy) those who could speak in other language. Sid Roth asked Have You Done That ? Yes ive done that many countless times but i few left out for not able to do so. I tried again when Dave Robertson prayed. Thank you for this video
Hon yes you can speak in tongues. You were able to do it from the time you gave your life to Christ, you just didn’t know it. Just sit quietly and listen inside yourself. You’ll hear words. Speak those words out loud.

I got Dave Roberson book ___ years ago. I learned a lot even that I was baptized in the Holy Spirit back in 2000. Today in 2023 I still thinking in his discipline and how he decided to get in his closet everyday like he would go to work, this is not easy to do, I have tried many times and is so hard discipline this flesh to do something like this but I'm not giving up either, God bless him.

Tammy -you have the Holy Spirit in you and God's will is for us to be well, and He left us with the job of healing the sick and casting out demons, etc. Jesus died and took sickness and infirmity with him and WAS RAISED TRIUMPHANT!! We now carry that power that follows through us to raise the dead (!) so in the Name of Jesus, command the pain to go and by the Authority of Jesus, command your body to function perfectly, and all symptoms to leave and not return! Dave’s ministry/book changed my life. He has prob as close to the compassion of God of anyone I’ve ever met, but he’s paid the price. His book should be required reading for anyone who wants to know the Lord - Walk of the Spirit, Walk of Power. His ministry gives the book away for free - don’t ever pay money for it. They’ll send a hard copy if they have them in stock, and it’s also available as a free download on his website. He’s a wonderful man of God, humble and full of love.

It's amazing how the strong Spirit of God continues to come through after 17 years! The Holy Spirit came on me! Hallelujah!
I’ve been baptized in the Holy Ghost a while and after reading Dave’s book years ago I wanted to get into my own prayer closet as fast as possible. At my uncles house I used one of the bedrooms for watching tv and singing karaoke and I used the closest in that room as my prayer closet. I committed to praying in tongues hours a day there for a while but unfortunately I fell out of it. The flesh really gets in the way. My body and mind had no interest in sitting or standing on my knees hours.
I just always had the worry that I was making up the syllables that came from my mouth and tonight as I watched this video I got confirmation that I am filled with the Holy Ghost and can speak as well as pray in tongues. Hallelujah praise God!
I just wish I could meet Dave Roberson and have him lay hands on me. I need a creative miracle. I have periodontitis and no funds to fix it. I’ve been suffering with it my whole life. I know I’m fortunate enough to just have salvation and even that I don’t deserve but I need this healing and I believe that God can heal me, I’ve laid hands on myself but nothing. 😢
Don't give up! Keep seeking Him and the healing Jesus paid for by His blood!
