make - yokogawa
model- ZR402G
how to calibration span ( atmosphere 21%)
& zero calibration (standard gas 0.4 % o2)

Agar aapne calibration unit laga rakhi hai to ref air dijiye otherwise koi jaroori nahi hai open karne ki . Aap sirf cal port me connect kijiye aur zero calibration kar sakte hain

Sir , reference air Always continues flow in calibration time , in our plant 402g O2 installed in aux boiler then we are Always reference air continues in normal running plant ya normal service , we are not off reference air in calibration time.

Reference air should be continues flow . But not in my plant ,NO problem. Actually in my plant analyzers installed outside area so atmosphere air is enough and measur value is good . So didn't use in my plant .
