    Social anxiety is not always bc of low self confidence. Trauma and bad experiences with people make us fear them in general. It's a protector part of us

    This really helps. I just add that I say No matter what every asseholes people say I just love myself because 90% are usually awful people telling how they expect somenone else to be or behave and then they judge. If not by words then in their minds. They are so egoistic. Yes I am judging now but I do it conciously.

    I must point out that a lot of meditators do this which can be frustrating for some including me. They forget to put pauses in their meditation. Give the heart and mind time to heal and do the instructions by itself. Constantly getting interrupted feels like we’re in a rush and conflicts with the mind’s process of relaxing and doing the instructions. Include pauses in between instruction so that our mind can take in the stimuli and process it in our own way❤

      Day 5. "It doesn't matter what anyone else says, because at the end of the day, it is about me accepting myself" I really understand the meaning of these words today and its liberating to know that as long as I accept myself, I won't be affected by how people view me or what they think of me, I can still be confident and free just as I am. I feel lighter. Thank you for guiding me today too

    Great approach, I like trying different methods. I'm finding meditation to be incredibly freeing, especially emotionally, the positive changes to thinking is refreshing, and my personal plan is to make this a daily habit, a healthy addiction! I try to incorporate faith, breathing, self-acceptance. We live in a crazy world, where things like depression, and anxiety are in abundance, because it is so unnatural from what we evolved from, the basics of what it is be conscious, alive, and connected! Hopefully all of us can look inward, heal, find peace, and accept that although we are part of a collective unconscious, we can maintain strong personal boundaries in life, while still being open to love/self-love. Thank you to the people who created the video!

    I always felt like I was alone in struggling with social anxiety. I know that other people suffer with this, but it like I don’t believe it because I’ve never met anyone that struggle with this. I’ve always wanted to connect with others who go through the same things. But, I’m sure they hide out because they’re dealing with the same thing of fearing to meet new people. I’ve always felt like I’m not good enough while having social anxiety or that I’m not good enough to interact with people. I’m trying to meet new people. It has been a slow process, but I can at least give myself credit that I am trying. Social anxiety takes a toll of me physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s affecting my relationship with those few people who are in my life. It’s also stealing my hopes and dreams. I hate struggling with this. I don’t know if it’s treatable. But if I can reduce it and be able to perform comfortably in social events and activities, that would be good enough for me. I wish there were a social anxiety support group, or maybe I can start one and meet with people who are dealing with SAD as well.

    • @janegoodfellow1529
      @janegoodfellow1529 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I find slow, deep nasal breathing (in through the nose out through the mouth) helps. The stress of social situations means I often forget to do it, but when I remember it's always beneficial.
      Or breathing into the part of the body where I feel the fear.

İ am here. I am listening. My heart, my soul your voice matters.. Because you are the most important person in my life. i does not matter anyone says you are the most important person in my life. Because of that, i will bring forth courage to speak your words. I am okay just the way i am. I accept myself I accept my words. I accept my actions. I accept my whole self.
