i live in a yeeyee town in the south, but we have a time once per year i think were sturgeons will jump out of the water and hurt boaters, there is so many in the river that we just dont boat while they are doing the jumping

here's my experience. i tried caviar for the first time during pandemic shut down. i restaurant i went to serve only luxury high end food. the main course was waygu A5 which was the most expensive since its bigger. the caviar i ate was called beef tar tar. the first bite, it didnt hit me as its good. it was just good not amazing. after eating it, we ate wagyu and i was delicious. it was so rich in flavor and fat. then we ate some more beef tar tar.. after a bit... i started to agree that beef tar tar which has caviar on it was the best course of the meal. i prefer it over waygu. so yes its really good after you eat it once than once. i cant describe it. it dont hit you with first impression. it leave you with the after taste of that was actually really good.
Kinda both. It's a salty mushy thing, on crackers its fine. Only had it twice. Nobody being honest would say it is delightful. It's just unique. All I've learned is people who can buy it casually like to show off a taste most people never taste. It's not that it taste amazing, it's that most people never can even taste it.

Caviar is expensive knowing that it is rare to produce. We're talking about aquatic life and how it must be preserved. Rich people do whatever it takes to satisfy their tastebuds, even if it meant they're doing a bit of damage in return.
the rich just don't care about anything other than staying rich. they can have whatever they want and that means whatever. even if it is sicker than the most sick idea you can come up with. and it is most likely already done by at least a 1000 times. if not legally, they doing it illegally because law is not working if you have too much power. and the term legal is not even in their dictionary because they thinking like gods. i want it? i'm getting it, no matter what.

In that show BILLIONS on showtime, the main character puts caviar on his favorite new York style pizza. I've wondered if pizza could make caviar doable since some really strange foods can go together
I tried wagyu at different places and honestly I'm not impressed... I've had good inexpensive sirloin steaks our wonderful not had excellent ribeye steaks that knocked my socks off... Wagyu beef here in the US but still have not been impressed.
Also, I know Rolex watches are allegedly super nice... Honestly though it's just a watch.. it doesn't Grant you superpowers, I doesn't give you a power suit, it doesn't summon a giant robot... It sits on your wrist and can help you tell the time...

And if I wanted to get a good restaurant steak I get a good one from longhorns and it's expensive but not ridiculous... Generally speaking though I'm happy with the simpler foods I still taste good... And now I want Chinese or a buttload delicious variety of different types of chicken sandwiches...

Tbh I don't even know why caviar is so hiyped. Salmon Caviar (the orange one) tastes a litle bit like who would have guessed it salmon, I like to put it on (chicken) eggs. The expensive beluga caviar however is smaller in size than salmon caviar and either black or if u get the rly expensive one white (bc its har ested from albino belugas). That however just tastes like salt, water with a bit of a fishy taste. Its not worth the money!
I eat Salmon Caviar on occasion, and it tastes really good (for me anyway)
Personally the only one I’d get from the store was 70 dollars

i honestly made this choice young in my life that i would not eat caviar because of what we did to the fish, not saying farmed fish isnt a safe life for the fish.....but its a food, that in my opinion and honest .....what other opinion is there... its gross both in what it is and what its for . Its a status food, we destroyed that fishes natural environment and breed and raise until death these fish like science experiment . I’m very lucky in the fact that my parents own a very successful company and grew up very well off. I’ve had caviar a few times and you aren’t missing out to be honest. It’s a very odd texture.

Rolex is no more hand made than a car. The adjustment and regulations of there watches are the most hand-touched part of their process. Excluding the custom and jeweled watches. So basically a Lexus with a technician putting an optimum tune for that specific car at the end of the line. They don't have enough watchmakers to hand build 800k per year. Haute horology brands are hand made in the traditional sense of hand made products.
