Unfortunately, I got close to the needed amount of flasks, but couldn't quite reach 40 flasks! And I have to admit, had I known about the secret prize beforehand, I don't think I'd have had the patience once the map was open to find the final flasks, so sadly this one fell out of my grasp.
after you fill out the map i would suggest you find max health flasks to have at least 40 to get a prize
