The funniest part is that I'vee using the Red Bul in almost any F1 2023 video. Decided to pick the Ferrari for this one which was done well before the weekend started and guess what... I'm using the Haas in the next video!

Unless the track is a very fast one as Le Mans would beat them easily. To put things in perspective the McMurtry is faster than a Formula 2 car almost anywhere.
@@THEWINDTUNNEL For the exception that LMP1s are almost as fast as F1 cars. So if you take a track that isn't fully biased toward the McMurtry, they would win. (You could for example try barcelona)

Biggest problem with the McMurtry is stamina. Can't operate optimally for very long.

how can the mcmurtry be slower on corners if it produces 4 times the downforce of the f1!! this is wrong, i cant beleve this is a good simultion
It's, shorter, narrower, has lees downforce, It's heavier, has a higher centre of gravity and narrower and less grippy tyres. There's nothing like an F1 car in the corners

Yes you can, the car's narrow width, smaller tyres, less downforce and alot worse power to weight ratio means the current F1 car is definitely going to be faster around most corners and under braking, it does have the standing start grip advantage so it has a better launch but once gets going F1 car even though more draggy is faster in a straight line and faster in the corners and better under braking, from roll acceleration there isn't much in it so at the end of it still nothing touches F1 car around corners slow and fast, not even the lawless 919Evo, now they could make F1 cars much much faster if regulations allowed but still under strict regulations designed to slow F1 cars down they're still faster in corners than machines with no regulations, that's called the highest level of engineering.

Formula 1 cars are by far the fastest cars in the world. Nothing has come close to a Formula 1 car in the 21st century
@THEWINDTUNNEL the Goodwood festival of speed would love to have a word with you. Spierling broke the record there previously held by an F1 car.

@@mEmEzMaN... by 2.3 seconds over a 1.1 mile track. You're going to be hard pressed to convince me that F1 cars today are that much faster over such a short stretch than they were 20 years ago, considering all the current limitations imposed on them.

Way better tracks for this test could be Canada F1, or Road America 🙌
That means Canadian or American circuit are way better tracks for McMurtry. So that's also unfair. And honestly, the circuit's aero efficiency doesn't matter to McMurtry.
