So man from an African country, which I have never heard of was in the UK because he had an EU passport. Why wasn't he deported back to the EU after he was first sectioned? He was and is a risk to the people of the UK.
But mental health services failed miserably in this case. He should have been on a depot - if you know what meant by that. Furthermore, Letby and Fred West were also threats to UK citizens and alarm bells were neither heeded nor seriously followed-up.
@@Marthawendy-sz2mk a 'depot' is an injection of medication, anti-psychotic medication, which is given every fortnight to people with severe mental health. Some people have it once a week, some once a month depending on their need.
Where was his family ?? No responsibility at all ? Just dump the blame everyone else when things gets bad but other times do all decisions as a family ! These double standards should end you make decisions about the person you can keep under control nor you left at large in society
