There are many good quality of attitude can take it from this lady. 1. humbleness at home and paying prober attention to take care of family. 2. hard working while at work. 3. The way handled the issues at professional life. Super Madam!!!
Inspiring. All Daughters should be like her. Bought the book for my Daughter. Though not possible for people like me, It's a dream if My Daughter can be guided and Mentored by Her. Stay Blessed
One of the most remarkable women the world has seen. Much respected and much loved. A perfect Role model for women and men the world over, particularly Indians. Small wonder she was so successful 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
What an impactful person.. Our nation needs more of such individuals who would definitely bring a major remodelling in the society.. People like Mrs nooyi is sowing the seeds.. I hope this would go a long way in bringing gender equality in the nation... A real blessing a real hero... A big salute to you..
It was a great interview! Thanks Prannoy for the session. I just have one piece of feedback, please stop interrupting the speaker. Thanks again for the great questions and sotries!
Thank you Dr. Roy. Please keep it up dear sir. I love this kind book Author's Interview on their loving written book. Earlier on Sri Amertya Sen memoir.
Incredible lady who broke all bias of being a woman , colored in male , western dominated industry . She is the most successful CEO in the 100+ year old PepsiCo driving the company towards healthier products from sugarated water . She lived Performance with purpose motto
My life in book is amazing book Indra Ma’am ….I got my pre-ordered book from Amazon and it is very motivating. Love to watch your inspirational videos. 🙏🏻
After selling unhealthy colas around the world, with a company that eeked out the last drop of several natural water resources for profit and selling salted unhealthy foods for a generation what nonsense is there to say more, unfortunately such souls have become icons.the way she engaged marketing to sell the colas and unhealthy foods her publisher is doing to sell her book, marketing is their and her bread and butter with which any trash can be sold.
Parents make children what they become. Mentors and alma maters polish the foundation that parents lay. An amazing inspiration! Wish her luck in her future endeavors.
Prannoy Roy interview is so better than Karan Thapar . Who asks a person did you know as a child whether you will reach where you have reached ?? Will anyone have an answer to that 😱
I think many NGO accused PepsiCo exploiting river water resources in many African places. Please ask that question because green peace working very badly for clean water and afforestation.
Must watch for anyone looking for inspiration ! her journey has been amazing and how she balanced various dimensions ! she looks so curious and innocent !

35:40 remote working.. Pandemic made technology take leaps to make it possible. But.. coming together in office, meeting colleagues, social interaction and warmth is of value as well.
Great interview. I appreciate when she mentioned that it is 90% of the Americans who accepted a colored women from another country to be at the top position of an iconic country.
Her biggest contribution was to make Pepsi ‘future proof’ and diversify from sugary soda drinks as much as they can. I can certainly say that she was immensely successful in achieving that.
What about selling the unhealthy colas to a generation of kids and youngsters and spoiling their food habits with salted unhealthy foods and colas which are best useful for toilet cleaning. There are better things to do which serve the humanity than make super profits for cola giants which loot the public water resources and then sell them the trash colas. Her book and publishers are out with marketing techniques arranging interviews in all media to sell the rubbish just like the marketed the cola
What a amazing woman, what a outstanding achievement. Thanks to the USA and her family she could have NEVER achieved this if she had stayed in India. BTW prannoy why do you keep interrupting her as she is speaking , this stops her train of thought. This is a very bad habit of you Indian journalist, and TV personnel.
A woman of substance. So inspiring and so worthy to listen to two wonderful people where nothing can stop me from listening 4- 5 times the same interview. Specially when I feel low I just listen .
Happy to see somebody bothered about village women. Really I appreciate your efforts mam because I belong to the village and know how hard for women to reach and achieve their goals in life when there was no backup support. And last but not least I wants really work for Anganwadi's. Grt idea.
Watching Ms.Nooyi interview perhaps eagerly awaited by many like me turned out to be a major disappointment. Once considered among the most powerful women drawing a salary perhaps the highest among the world CEOs complaining about gender inequality sounded hollow. If a promotion or a top post goes against any woman in any organization will not be acceptable to the lady bcs she has already decided herself to be the most deserving one. According to someone like Nooyi a man can get promoted only bcs of the biased gender & certainly not bcs of his talent. Ms. Nooyi says her husband, her inlaws so much so that even her husbands grand uncle being very supportive. Ironically it's only her mother who told her to put down her crown & accept her family responsibilities once she's home. Very disheartening to see someone who has reached the pinnacle in life, perhaps could be bcs of sheer luck, could be bcs of the female gender bias or possibly she genuinely was the deserving one, cribbing instead of thanking everyone who made her whatever she is today. Billions of women across the world face the unimaginable hardships due to various reasons despite having the potential, fight their way up the ladder through sheer dedication & hard work but don't see them ever crib like this lady. Ms.Nooyi try to be grace full at least in your retired life.
Such an awkward interview... Pranoy stumbling at getting a report with her.. Not at all smooth... He is looking for some negative.. Started with it.. But legends have their own way...
Hand that rocks the cradle rules the world. We would be wanting if the contributions of the unsung heroines remains unrecognised .Supporting husbands in later life is a bonus but he can not take away the influence of a mother at the formative period of life
When two enlightened individuals talk, it becomes a listeners' delight. Wonderful interview.

After many days, pronoy Roy as a anchor. Great to see.
I loved the line' we should cherish our colleagues'.It's truly the need of the hour.Simply mind blowing interview.
I was feeling down after a fallback.. this interview helped me to gain courage and try again.. thank you 🙏🏻
When the interviewee denies the statement made by the interviewer, you feel something is lacking in the interview.
It was a great interview! Thanks Prannoy for the session. I just have one piece of feedback, please stop interrupting the speaker. Thanks again for the great questions and sotries!
Hope Prannoy Roy is doing well, he looks a bit tired. India needs ethical and intelligent people like him today.
One hell of a lucky lady and of course very bright as well as a humanitarian . Great interview.
Thank you Dr. Roy. Please keep it up dear sir. I love this kind book Author's Interview on their loving written book. Earlier on Sri Amertya Sen memoir.
I hope Pronoy treats his employees as kindly as Indira Nooyi was treated by her mentors and bosses.
He captures the essence of the biopic. Probably the best of the interview.about her book.

Fantastic meeting
there should be a webseries on her
I would have really grateful to know from Ms Nooyi about how India can address her huge youth unemployment problem.
A woman of substance. So inspiring and so worthy to listen to two wonderful people where nothing can stop me from listening 4- 5 times the same interview. Specially when I feel low I just listen .
Technology - Speaking of Technology - Can anything be done about printing out the last five transactions at a Bank of America?
Inspiring Indra
Great interview
Inspiring
Excellent.......
❤❤❤
South Indian Brahmins are class apart. Imagine if they were at least 25% of Indian population. India would have been a developed country.
The country would have gone to dogs much earlier...😣

What does color mean?
Why do Indian interviewers either suck up to the interviewee or look for some "victim sob story" ... grow up!
Yummy Yummy Yummy interview!

Leave your crown in the garage???? No Indian mom will say this to her SON. It’s only for girls to wear the professional as well as household crown
Don't interrupt the interviewee

Why is the title My Life in Full when she still has 30% more of life to go?
Ofcourse a fan of Indra. But running pepsi and talking of helping society is a bit of an oxymoron
as if there is no bias in india? in india only they will not respect if you wear Saree in parties or meetings 😂🤣😭
how can we or why should we idolize the people who spread POSION like Pepsi & other drinks?
