    Mr. Raju ji, Thank you for your concern on people's general health. Millets are equally bad for diabetics since they contain larger quantities of carbohydrates. They have overloads of Fibre that may release vitamin K which is prone for blood clots. So eating millets only is not suggestive. Instead you may suggest multi grain food with balanced macro and micro nutrients that too on every merit of the case of an individual posed as at present. This may be useful for keeping their health to the required standards. Rajasekhar Samala, A Graduate In Biology.
